I still don’t get the hype around this movie. Some of the fight scenes are very rushed. There are a lot of conveniences in the reunions of the heroes and the use of powers (What was Cap doing behind the train ? How did he know Wanda and Vision were there ? How did the Guardians met Tony Strange and Spider-Man so easily on Titan’s planet ? It’s a planet, guys, how convenient it is that everyone meet at the same place. Why did Thor only fight space dogs and not the Black Order ? He could have easily defeated them. Why didn’t Vision use the mind stone against Thanos when he was holding him ? Why didn’t they take the time to repair Vision and make him able to phase after Corvus Glaive stabbed him ? And yes, I will say what everyone doesn’t want to hear, why didn’t Nebula or even Drax stop Star Lord while he got angry ? Was it really important that Drax held Thanos’ leg ?). And the tone isn’t as consistent as some people think it is : Thor and Star Lord are joking about how much each of them lost their family, while this could have been a potentially great emotional scene. And I don’t get the hype about the ending. Back then I didn’t buy they would kill characters which franchises just started. It wasn’t the fault of the movie but we already knew that Spider-Man Far From Home was announced for after Endgame, thus we already knew the emotional scene of Tony losing Peter would just be a trick, as they would inevitably be resurrected.
Hey, I really enjoyed this! Many things I agree and disagree of course haha, but good reviews. To add, I think people didn't like Iron Man 3's Mandarin twist because of expectations. I mean if you are into comics he is one of Iron Man's top villains. Imagine as a Spidey fan you are hyped for Venom and it turns out he was just a joke. I liked the twist because I wasn't into Iron Man comics and found it hilarious, but I understand where people are coming from.

@@TyReviewsMovies i don't think they're hot takes.Eternals is extremely underrated and gets far too much unwarranted hate and Wakanda Forever is one of the best MCU movies ever made imo. Both those films feel very timeless. I prefer the serious tone when it comes to MCU films. Gimmicks don't really impress me. Age of Ultron is okay but it has serious character flaws and the 3rd act is pretty lacklustre but I still enjoy it.
W take on Quantumania. I dont know how people like that movie I came out of the theatre so disappointed. The whole plot is lazy and the movie feels lackluster as a whole. And also W on the Iron man 2 take. I get the villian is ok but I think the movies fun and better than 90% of the projects we get now. Iron man 3 clearly worse than Iron Man 2 because of the Mandarin twist that they been teasing since the first Iron man with the 10 rings. I think it couldve been interesting if we saw iron man fight the mandarin and he gets nano tech and a massive buff going into the next avengers film

MoM is in my top 5 it took my favorite character and made her the villain that’s PEAK! and while it’s one of the most flawed mcu films it has some of the best direction in the entire franchise
MoM is bottom 3 MCU films for me. Ruined Wanda and her character development, The illuminati was completely wasted, the 616 callout was garbage, and they did nothing creative with the multiverse concept. They also just make up spells for every situation and then forget them when they could use them a scene. There was no heart or soul put into this movie. I used to absolutely LOVE the MCU before this movie. They should have gone with the original plotline which was ten times better than this.
Yes villains kill people but you have superheroes out like Batman who don't care that their villains and murderers same with Spider-Man they'll save them no matter what they do that is what makes a real hero so of course it made sense that he wanted to save them and help them because that's who he is so please don't say it doesn't make sense cuz it does people forget who Batman and Spider-Man really are
I cant believe you have Multiverse of Madness so high up, MoM imo is bottom 3 MCU film imo 😂. It was the first mcu Movie I absolutly HATED. IT caused me to lose interest in the MCU almost completely. The Rick and morty writers and Sam Raimi (who i was originally excited for😢) needs to stay far away from the MCU imo. Quantumania, Multiverse of madness and she hulk are the bottom 3 worst projects in the MCU imo.

I think you confuse « I don’t like Eternals » with « It’s just not good ». No. This movie is not for you. That’s just a matter of taste. I hate when people impose their opinions on movies who were made with passion. I personally loved Gemma Chan’s character of Sersi. She is the heart of the movie who has an unconditional love for the earth and its habitants, as it is shown visually while she interacts with all kind of people and their cultures. I get your hatred on Sprite, but did you forget she gets beaten by Druig ? And that she loses the man she loved ? Also, she looks like a brat just because they gave her a child appearance. But her motivation is very understandable and Shakespearian, as she is forced in a body of a child and is forced to see other people grow and become adults while she could not. This is not like she asked a sorcerer to erase everyone’s memory and cause multiversal damage because MIT didn’t accept her or something… Also she doesn’t get what she wants in the end. What she wanted was to be with Ikaris, and he sacrificed himself after the most beautiful and compelling scene in all the MCU (with the banger music « Across the Oceans of Time »).

I guess ill just say the movies with little or no comment. I cant stand this comment system, its such garbage. Heres my list, im starting from last to first 1. Gaurdians of the Galaxy (theres something classic about this movie. The idea of making a hilarious space opera with 70s pop music was just so unique and creative to me. It really ahowed me how important music and a good score is for a movie or scene. 2. Captain America Civil War - (this movie was simply amazing, from the Airport fight with Giant man, black panthers lines to cap and his scene with Zemo, the revelation of who killed Tonys parents, Tony trying to kill Bucky, that fact that the tone still feels like cap the winter soldier while also being an avengers 2.0 film at the same time. The whole dynamic of the teams turning against eachother during those subtle moments like vision and wandas scenes. Just great 3. Spiderman: No way home (Nostalgia is NOT the only thing i liked about this movie, i genuinly think this was a GREAT movie, all 3 acts. I liked it from beginning to end, my only issues were the rushed court precedings. It felt too rushed to me and i wanted more from that, No Venom accept in a ending credit scene. That kinda dissapointed me and lastly i wasnt too big on how on the whole make everyone forget plot but it didnt bother me too much. My main issues were the lack of Venom and the rushed first act. Other than that i loved it. And not just because Toby and Andrew were in it. I genuinly loved all the scenes with the villain interactions and the fight scene with Goblin. Also the doctor strange fight in the mirror verse eith that star wars like music was too epic and quite possibly my favorite scene from the movie. 4. Cap 2 the winter soldier (this is the type of superhero films i want. I love it when a superhero film can feel like a completely different genre like this. A lot of the best superhero films are those that dont really feel like superhero films. This film would have been in second where civil war is if it wasnt for civil wars airport scene and the final act 5. Spiderman Homecoming (I love the whole highschool coming of age tone this movie has. I loved seeing how young highschoolers view their superhero infested world, i personally think spiderman has the best trilogy in the MCU 6. Avengers (Its a classic and its even better than i remembered upon rewatch, i had a lot of trouble deciding where i would place this, i didnt know if infinity war should go before this or not, i chose this cause the film is too perfect. For 7 through 17, im just going to summarize the points i previously wrote before I lost 7. Infinity war 8. Endgame 9. Spiderman far from home (i really loved Mysterio and that illusions scene which i my fav scene in the mcu) 10. Black Panther (this film used to be in my top 5 mcu films. I was surprised by all the people saying its just average. I only see this on the internet though,everyone i know in real life has black panther in their top 3 MCU films. 11. Thor Ragnorak (i used to think the humor was a bit too much but it quickly grew to be one of my favoritee. 12. Gaurdians of the galaxy 3 13. Iron man 14. Shang chi (wish we had more Jackie achan style fights like the awesome bus scene. Im also glad they gave him the rings because it would have been boring if he was just the.kung fu guy on the avengers team) 15. Age of Ultron 16. Doctor Strange 17. Wakanda forever 18. Antman (i enjoyed this movie a lot, my only thing is that i really wish the Antman movie took place almost entirely as a tiny man. The thought of him trying to survive while tiny or trying to locate some secret bug sized facility while evading all the hazards that being tiny would bring would be far more interesting to me than a heist film. Antman being a heist movie just doesnt feel very exciting to me. Still loved the micro fight in the girls playroom and i really loved the Hispanic guys story narration. Best and most memorable part of the movie for me. 19. Gaurdians of the Galaxy Volume 2 ( i enjoyed this movie but it was a noticeable step down from the first one. The sound track also wasn't nearly as good as the first. Most of the songs bored me. I think the only one i remember was the song that played when the gold people were chasing them. I liked Drax cause he was happier in this movie but the dad ark kinda fell flat for me. 20. Black Widow (I liked this movie a lot the first time i watched but after awhile i now kinda understand the issues. The main villain really was a dissapointment but i still loved the spy family aspect. Loves yelana and i really enjoyed the opening. 21. Antman and the wasp ( i enjoy the tone of the Antman movies, even this one but the sequel does kinda feel average. I prefer to see longer periods of Antman trying to survive while tiny. I wish the Antman movies where more like micro movies instead of heist films. 22. Eternals (I honestly enjoyed this movie in some parts, i also enjoyed how different it felt but what i really liked about this movie was the end fight the team had with Icaris. They made superspeed look good in a fight plus i like how the team beat icaris. Thats how it should have been done with the justice league but the films always love making superman completely invisible even when fighting fellow super humans. Its so boring. Eternals fight scene was a superman fighting justice league done right. The movie was also slightly funnier than i thought it would be. Other than that, i can see why people didnt like this movie although at the time i thought this film was over hated. The sentient Deviant was completely wasted as a character. And lastly I was dissapointed over the fact Kevin Fiege really overhyped this movie. He acted like this movie was worthy of an Oscar and i believed him until i saw the film. 23. Cap 1 first avenger ( the first act was really good, loved caps personality but the world war 2 sections were a HUGE dissapointment for me. I hated how it didnt really feel like a WW2 movie. Hydra not doing the salute, Red Skull for no reason turning on hitler took me out of the story. Plus no ww2 battles. This movie would have been WAY better if they made it more similar to saving private ryan. This movie had potential to be an Oscar bait type war film if Marvel cared more about making actual CINEMA instead of generic superhero movies. I almost put thor 1 infront of this for this reason. The ending was good though and kinda touching the way Cap said "i had a date" after realizing hes in the future. But still, the director should have leaned more heavily into making a true WW2 style film with captain america in it. Im still debating on whether i like thor 1 more than cap 1. 24. Thor (i wish this movie took place mostly in Asgaurd or the rest of thors fantasy world. I think superhero movies would work better if they tried being different genres first and superhero films second. It was still better than i thought it would be) 25. Iron man 2 ( i haven't watched this in forever so i dont have much of an opinion but from what i can remember im placing it here) 26. Iron man 3 (this movie wasnt all that memorable for me) 27. Thor The Dark World (the movie was definitely bland but i did enjoy the sections in Asgaurd. I really dont like how the first 2 Thor movies had too many scenes outside the fantasy world. I feel like the thor movies should stick more heavily to feeling like a fantasy movie and less of a comic book movie) 28. Captain Marvel (this movie had some cool moments but overall you can just FEEL the lack of passion and care this movie had. It was almost embaressingly average but i liked it when i first watched it and i had my MCU hype goggles on at the time. After the dissapointment that was Multiverse of Madness, i can now see just how painfully average Captain marvel really is, also this movie ranks lower than some others due to the terrible decision to have Furys cool backstory of someone he trusted causing him to lose an eye. It didnt bother me much the first time but it annoys me when i think about it. Also they could have used some more 90s songs. You gotta have the 90s music to truly make it feel like a 90s movie. They failed on that end) 29. Thor L&T (this film took the MCUs joke problem and put it on steriods 😂, Omnipotent city and the B&W world were cool though) 30. The Incredible Hulk (same reason as in this vid, it just feels so disconnected and its not as interesting either. Also i thought ahulk sounded really corny when he said Hulk Smash lol) 31. Quantumania (this movie was so crappy, awful Rick and Morty style humor and plot progression which works for Rick and morty but not a live action mcu film by far the worst antman film but after Multiverse of madness, the crappyness was nolonger surprising. It was almost expected.) 32. Doctor Strange: Multiverse of madness (this film ruined wandas character, it made the illuminati useless and had no creativity put into it. this movie single handedly killed my love for the MCU. This movie caused me to skip out on Thor 4 in the theaters when i originally couldn't wait for thor 4 in theaters. MoM lost thor 4 whatever money i originally was willing to pay 😂 I honestly cant believe this movie didnt get the same level of hate as thor 4 as i thought MoM was far worst. This is definitely my least fav and most hated mcu film.

All the Regular movies above it edge it out by the sheer charisma of the lead teams/heroes. No Way Home included, even though it’s lower than a lot of people put it (the plot makes Peter and Doctor Strange way too dumb for me). Cap 1 climbs every time I watch it. Understated but very good. I am also a huge Doctor Strange 2 appreciator. Didn’t watch WandaVision at all and loved it and still love it. The name is a misnomer for sure hahaha. Great video!
First of all, thank you! I’ve gotta say, even tho we have different rankings, I can honestly agree with most of what you put, the only one I think is off is maybe Guardians 3 not being ranked better. NWH unfortunately has a bad plot if you take more than 3 seconds to think about it. I see what you mean with shang chi too, I might need to rewatch it. There is a little bit where I feel like it drags before the final act. Great ranking tho so happy to hear yours.

Doctor strange in the Multiverse of Madness shouldn't be anywhere near the top 10. Its BOTTOM 3 MCU for me easily. I absolutely hated MoM. I put thor the dark world and quantumania above it.
