I would have preferred if it was a Disney+ series, imagine an episode dedicated to each member thus leading to a finale of Season 1 having majority of the Eternals preventing a Celestial erupting from Earth or saving that part for a film. It's kinda like how the Inhumans was supposed to be a film but became a failed tv series

I’ll give Looper this, they definitely took a safe (modern audience) approach to making this list. While there is no way we will all agree what the definitive list should be, I feel pretty comfortable saying that Looper put several movies (I’ll let the reader decide which ones) much, much higher than they should be. As I said, it is a safe way to go in the building of this list.

The biggest problem with your list criteria is the admitted focus on PC diversity box checking, and cultural and gender representation factors that have nothing to do with the movies themselves. While I fully support universal inclusion, I cant wait for the day we return to a focus on QUALITY in moviemaking instead of pandering to certain demographics. I believe we can find a balance with both.

Winter soldier is still my fav as it took a different more mature path then the rest. Tho Ragnarock is still my worst one, I would still shuffle the rest of that list rather hard around personally. First avenger and Ant-man is way to low for my list that is. But it's subjective after all.

Best: *Endgame* is correct- easily the best and resented by some for the very reasons it is best. It brings consequences and stakes to the story. It focuses on character and not spectacle. It has thematic depth, is brilliantly acted, and thrilling. Worst, tie.... Eternals, Thor 4, Multiverse of Madness, Thor Dark World. Most Overrated: No Way Home. Fan service at the expense of storytelling and character development.

Any list will inherently be divisive. This would be true among anyone within their own self depending on when they were making the list. With that understanding, you are reaching trying to take shots and rationalize why you put movies at the bottom. Even the "worst" MCU movies are better than most others of the same genre (without singling out a specific competitor). The most accurate way to sum up the excellence of the totality of the MCU movies is the record numbers of $$$ they have earned and deserve. Rather than nitpicking faults, be grateful that we were gifted this cinematic universe in our lifetime.

Doctor Strange 2 was the WORST. I was hoping they would pick up where the first Doctor Strange left off . Unfortunately all we got was a fanfiction of WandaVision. We literally just saw Wanda do all of that. To have her be the Villian was so lame. They have a ton of material in the comics and that's what we got. Also really hated they had America Chavez. Maybe start her off as a Disney plus series but to throw that character into everything was absolutely ridiculous. Definitely should have just picked up where the first movie left off. That movie was just a mess.

Love and Thunder was my least favorite...Dr. Strange 2 still had darkness to it. I totally wanted the Nightmare as the villain but they saving that mess for the 3rd one. Dr. Strange 2 was to show the lesson of attachment and incompletion of the soul and how karmic laws can effect that in a multiversial way when boundaries are pushed to get what one wants. Now the 3rd will likely show the rotting deathly after life of bad decisions due to incursions to show how terrifying the consequences of breaking karmic laws are in the spiritual realm. Honestly this movie had some cheddar in it but still didn't fail to get the lesson plan in building up the 3rd movie.

My opinion: Best: endgame - best final battle, no need for explanation Worst: Quantumania, Eternals, MOM, Thor 4, She Hulk, Ms Marvel Most underrated: Thor 1 - amazing score, emotion, development, story of Thor’s banishment Most overrated: either NWH, Endgame, or Ragnarok - I love all three, with Endgame as my fav. But some have too much hype, you know what I mean?
