Max-D 1 and 2 have to be two of the absolute toughest monster truck chassis ever built. The only other one I can think of that's been able to absorb so much punishment for such a long time is Avenger 2.
What show had maximum destruction doing cyclones in the mud and side wall cyclones to and when was those two shows i remeber see the in monster jam dvd but cant remember what dvds that had them
Other than Tom meets I feel like chuck Werner is the best driver to use a meents chassis, I just wish that he didn’t turn down his world finals invites
@@furioussherman7265 who did multiple corkscrews at multiple events during their career and I got to see CHUCKY Werner do a corkscrew in person!? The only thing Neil did that was close was he did a reverse backflip in San Diego once
@@TheRealestHooman You haven't seen Neil Elliott freestyles like Orlando 2012, Anaheim 2015, or World Finals XVIII, have you? Neil Elliott is a top 10 driver of all time and the greatest to never win a World Finals title, hands down. One trick does not a generational talent make.
I think the black out max d should instead be called the black cat max d as it has had bad luck in its two appearances and black cats are known for the legends of presenting them as bad luck
I probably need this explained to me, but I know people say Max-D 1 is Goldberg 2 but whenever I watched the older episodes of Monster Jam, when they talk about Tom’s original chassis, they say he won EIGHT world championships which would imply it competed at the World Finals in 2000 and then won seven more titles after that and also in 2001 when talking about Dennis and Tom’s rivalry, they contrasted how Dennis had a new ride for that season (GD 14) while Tom still had the same ride form last season, sorry for the long comment I just want this cleared up is all
@@Powerstroke1137mj I guess it’s possible but considering there are many instances of drivers switching chassis with one another I just figured what they would say would be correct
El Toro loco is definitely not at cedar point anymore. I went in 2022 and by then I think the thunder alley attraction was removed, which was sad since as both a fan of rollercoasters and monster trucks it was a match made in heaven
This is great history better... *WAY* better than @MonsterTalk 's piece of crap. I believe that this past Monster Jam World Finals (which happened at SoFi Stadium in LA) was the best World Finals outside of Las Vegas. It, however, didn't have Monster Energy (instead, The Dumbest backflip sponsor of all-time @Morgan&Morgan ) and I hated The Fortnite Encore and crazy thing is, I would have rather liked to have seen a Princess Peach: Showtime! Encore instead... as Peach is my favorite Super Mario character. I'll drink a Monster Energy and thinking of you while doing so, @ericfording! #UnleashTheBeast
Also, the Chuck Werner El Toro Loco was a Throwback MAXIMUM DESTRUCTION in the MAX-D XV Encore at Monster Jam World Finals... *THEN* This Truck was retired... (Mr. Werner tried a Forward Momentum Backflip, which he didn't land it and rolled over)
