Several times WWE has looked over talent for one reason or another. WWE had AJ Styles before he was known as well. Look at the heel act Matt(Zach Ryder) has going on since he left WWE. Drew McIntyre improved so much after his first run with the company they had to bring him back. I'm still hoping we get Mox vs Rollins vs Reigns at Mania before they all retire. Imagine that match with all their current characters.
WWE isn't looking over MJF, he's been on their radar for a minute now. It's cost effective in some cases to allow a wrestler to develop their character somewhere else, and then when the time is right you swoop in and scoop them up. There was no guarantee with MJF, allow a wrestler to prove themselves elsewhere. MJF will definitely be in WWE before you know it, it's just a matter of time.
Its so mind-blowing to think that how many possible superstars stayed in the basement under WWE , good AEW was form to give opportunity to these stars to shine ..
Wwe whiffs so much. Vince was a genius in the old kayfabe, baby face champ, heel as transitional champ etc… The attitude eta happened despite him, he did everything he could to barry Stone Cold and Mick Foley but they were so good they managed despite that. And Trips as MJF said is ONLY there because he married the bosses daughter. Let’s revisit Punk’s promo to MJF “The only way you are going to be number one is if we all wait around long enough for Tony (Khan) to have a daughter that you marry.”
@@nman1 Now that I've brushed up on MJF, I'd say he's close to even Roman Reigns. I actually like MJF way more than Roman, I actually can't wait for Roman to lose. But MJF's schtick won't fly in WWE. He's far from PG. What would the PG version of MJF look like? I hope we get to see it because he's one of those rare dudes on the mic. But stop with the Jim Cornette. I don't listen to that guy much, but I gotta believe he's influenced a lot of people to hate on Bray Wyatt. I must be in the minority when I say I have enjoyed everything from him since his return. His fan reactions are always awesome, even at live shows.
I find it crazy that either the production crew are like “ well i don’t want to be on camera make one of the developmental guys do it” Or Vince makes them drive to every show on the off chance he might put them on screen for a split second

I don't think MJF vs Danielson will be a good feud. But if Mox wins back the AEW world title, MJF can challenge Mox. For the meantime, MJF can feud with Samoa Joe for the ROH TV title and possibly bring up his history with Joe as his bodyguard
