@@grimey78why did you have to substitute him? I see that Young thug is your profile picture and he’s probably actually done genuinely bad things. If you still listen to Young Thug why can’t you listen to Kanye?
They aren't surprised he took a picture with an artist he greatly admires, they're surprised because Kanye's recent comments go against his values that he's been promoting for years as a progressive, antifascist, and communist. They're surprised because he is taking a picture with an alt-right dude in a Burzum shirt.
I think the issue is more with Peggy always bashing alt right and then taking a pic with ye in a Burzum shirt. It’s a little hypocritical but I see it as a troll move from Peggy. In the end it’s whatever
@@timklunker8799it's not a troll move he didn't have any control over that situation. If he actually meant what he acts like he stands for he wouldn't have taken the picture. I could care less but it just goes to show how some people will fold quickly when it comes to their idols.
@@user-xl4xy4xg8r if he actually stood for those values he wouldn't have taken the photo? JPEG describes Kanye in this video as "batshit crazy." Is it possible he disagrees with Kanye, but still met him (and took the photo)?
@@timklunker8799 jpeg mafia fans when he makes fun of the right 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 jpeg mafia fans when he so much as associates with someone seen as right wing 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I Never listened that much to JPEG I knew bout him just months ago and now seeing this I’m so happy for this dude. Hope they will make some badass music
FR. I bet those same people wouldnt mind if JPEGMAFIA made a song with fuckin Mao Zedong or Stalin resurrected. But when its Kanye, OOOOHHHH NOOOOOOOOOO THE WORLD IS GONNA END
@@clearlynotafurryu cant be saying shit like I dont fuck with the alt right and then collab with an alt right guy lmao it's hypocritical that's it dawg he didn't collaborate with no communist he collaborating with nazi sympathisers
@bff6434 burzum is a solo black metal/dungeon synth/folk music project made by Varg Vikernes. Varg is a EX Neo- Nazi (now nationalist)who believes different races shouldn't mix, he condone and may have been a part of the 90s church burnings in norway, and he stabbed one of his old band members to death.
@@KanyeWestIsTheGOAT- both are genre defining albums, just in different ways, I understand he changing which one he likes more as he too has changed his own music style
@@ricardopaula4082 MBDTF is perfection though. But yea they’re both incredible. MBDTF is a top 5 album ever made in any genre. Paul McCartney said he wish he could’ve made it. It’s the only rap album on the level of Thriller or Sgt Pepper.
7:10 genius interviewer. love peggy but THIS is how you interview, tou get people to actually explain their ideologies by calling out their contradictions and getting thorough explanations.
@@RowannnUK Yeah, and the song he’s talking about specifically is Wash Us in The Blood since that was the original first track on God’s Country (Donda’s predecessor)
I have never listen to a whole album of Kanye, so i don’t consider a fan obviously, but i could see the amount of experimental and power that got his music over the years
I agree with Peggy 1000%. When someone gives you art on that level there's no way you can ever just stop appreciating genius. He's nuts and wrong etc etc but his work is impeccable
See this is why i cant say too much about peggy actually getting to be in a room with kanye. Its the only thing hes ever wanted. He knows how batshit the guy is
Dude ive been saying this, people acting like the collab is some crazy thing Peggy actually accepted a vollab with him. Like you guys new or something? Lmao. Hes been saying this shit. Its not surprising
This is why when people are hating on Peggy for finally getting to meet Kanye and maybe even work with him (we don't know yet), I was happy for him. Kanye is definitely mentally ill and goes through episodes in public yet the public doesn't care what bipolar means. They just forget it and crucify him. He isn't a saint and he has said many thing unjustified but that doesn't mean there isn't a reason. A reason why he's acting like that. I ignore it. Actions speak louder than words and while this man says wild things, hurtful things, people are dying in Gaza from Israeli soldiers commiting genocide. Nobody cares. Y'all rather worry about someone like Kanye saying wild ish. Please. Y'all fake. Get your priorities straight.
Having a reason isn't an excuse, an avenue for rehabilitation possibly, but not an excuse. I'm sure h*tler had his reasons for what he did too, it was still reprehensable. Also people are more than their medical conditions, you're dangerously close to boiling down all his actions to just him being bibolar which is unironically abelist. Also what abouting current issues is such a weak debate tactic and also super disingenuous. just because what's happening in gaza right now is as bad as it is, doesn't mean it's the only thing anyone should be talking about right now, that's not how reality works. It's possible for someone to care about different things at once, and at different levels.
@@ooo4709 most ye and peggy fans are ignorant fools, in his recent ig post he referenced hitler, mein kampf - my struggle! you telling me this shit is okay? theres no excuse to supporting hitler, and its even more disappointing to see this after jpeg has been left wing for years
this is isn't a good argument. just because something terrible is happening on the other side of the world, that doesn't mean we can't still scrutinize ignorant and hateful rhetoric. obviously one issue is more pressing than the other. but we can still have an opinion on the smaller issue
honestly, him working with kanye ain't that bad. The guy is human and that was his dream for years. It's just corny but whatever nothing to get mad about. The problem is all the dickriding and braindead childish behavior on twitter and insta. That's the kind of goofy shit he used to make fun of. Dude always held himself to such a high standard for being real and not compromising his beliefs and is now acting like a teenage girl for a man that's been one of the most prolific figures in nazi discourse for the last two years
the more time i spend on the internet the more i realize that it doesnt matter what you say or do people will find ways to hate you shit on you and make fun of you. you cant fucking win. do whatever the fuck you want. support whoever you want. have dreams. the dudes calling people corny for having dreams and accomplishing them are the corny dudes hahaha
@@kad8915 bro… you can hate him all you want and try to discredit him. But he’s the King of Rock. Music as we know it would be nothing like it is without him and he didn’t even write his songs. It’s how brilliantly he performed them. He would take you into another world. James Brown isn’t even top 10 man, stop it.
u can say hes going against his beliefs by getting friendly with ye but how kany of us would out that stuff aside when faced with somebody you've looked up to
He’s just telling the truth. Kanye is really the best there ever was. I hope he finds a way to just keep putting good shit out and not caring about criticism, and I hope he keeps wearing burzum shirts and talking about yids
In denial of what? He is who he’s always been, he’s the guy who everyone around him says you can’t do , say or wear (blank) and make it in the industry and he says “oh yeah well I’m gonna do that because you told me not to” . Every controversial statement he’s made has something to do with freedom, free Larry Hoover, Manson and Dababy on Jail, wanting to free artists of their contracts , saying he loves Hitler freedom of speech , slavery for 400 years sounds like a choice,MAGA hat he said in many interviews represented his freedom to be himself.. And the Hitler stuff wasn’t all that shocking to his fans , he’s been teasing that for years, the album Ye was going originally going to be called Hitler or Love Everyone with a picture of the Dr. who he believed was responsible for his moms death. In 2018 he tweeted that everyone should think about the person who caused them the most harm in their lives and say you love and forgive them because that’s how he freed his mind in the mental hospital in 2016. Btw I’m not saying he’s not a hypocrite but that’s who he’s always been as well, just go back to All Falls Down , he loves luxury but also thinks he’s a slave to it.. we buy a lot of clothes but don’t really need them..
@@alphalax7747I doubt you want to take the time to explain why I’m wrong about Kanye consistently making statements about freedom but I am curious if anyone else wants to enlighten me.
@@juju-vl7oj its just excuses for him to keep being contrarian and shocking people simply for the news and to get people talking about him because he realized his music fucking sucks now
@@alphalax7747 well it’s subjective, Fantano gave Ye and TLOP 8s , KSG a 10, Donda a 7, But Yeezus and MBDTF 5 and 6..so for him Kanye has gotten better artistically besides JIK. Donda 2 he didn’t even release officially neither has Vultures, Fantano as the example because he’s clearly not a Stan. And excusing him of what? You can judge him negatively if you want but should there be some sort of societal punishment or jail for hurting feelings ? I don’t think so And should we judge him as an ALL bad human being? Personally no I don’t judge most people in black and white terms like that , he’s made mistakes yea but from what I gather his intentions aren’t to hurt people. .
It's crazy to me because for me Peggy has eclipsed Kanye, like honestly I'd say Peggy's best 3 albums are better than Kanye's best 3 albums from a personal perspective. I would love to see these two collaborate soon, 2 all time great artists.
Peggy is better than Ye hear me out..Peggy makes all of his stuff alone Kanye makes use of multiple producer and song writing teams and Scaring the hoes,Offline and Vetern eclipses all of Ye’s discography
I always just rolled my eyes and ignored this. I just can't believe someone so talented thinks Kanye is actually good... and so good, in fact, that he's willing to compromise his morals to work with him.
Criticisms of Kanye’s beliefs are more than warranted, but If you don’t think Kanye makes good music you don’t know music, you don’t know creativity, you live in a box of your own design.
@@TheSkol28 I only ever heard Kanye as a teenager when my brother would play him. It never struck me as particularly good and so I never sought out anything else he did. Golddigger is a song that just bugs the fuck out of me specifically and has haunted me for over a decade, ugh.
