If Titanfall 3 ever comes out, it will most likely be free to play live service with a rotational shop and a $60 campaign and be rated T to capture that youth appeal

Yeah, I should've included the tweets like "in our DNA" and "Yes i said the T word." This is just all the instances of them mentioning it on video, I guess.
What scares me the most is not the thought of never getting new Titanfall content. It is the thought that Titanfall 3 might really release one day, and that it will suck.
If Titanfall 3 is anything like Apex Legends I'm going to cry. Not because I mindlessly hate Apex, but more because it would be an admission of defeat and TF3 would lose what made it feel so unique in the first place. I don't want Fortnite with mechs, I want Titanfall.
Respawn, like every other studio under EA, has already lost all the people (see: a fuckton of founding members) that made their earlier titles as great as they were. Why? Because, who would've thought, people with talent and passion don't want to work in the live-service slave mines. Same thing happened to Bungie, and will continue to happen to every other studio that takes this path until the heat death of the universe.
@@Elysium4 Titanfall 2 was already headed towards the cartoony art style with all the goofy colors you could pick. It was a huge step away from the first game’s look (which is still the better of the two).
Why is everyone talking about Titanfall 3 like it hasn't been released. Only like 30 bucks on sale. I got it 2 years ago on release. And the graphics are still amazing to this day. One of my favorite things is blowing holes through buildings. One of the most annoying things about the game is that it added a new character that scrambles the controls for Titans for their ability. Granted only targets one titan but still. I still don't understand why they added the useless jet pack pilot. Oh look at me i can dash on a 30 second cooldown and get 3 jumps instead of 2.
The fact people trust current day Respawn with Titanfall 3 is bizarre. These guys can't make a game that consistently and competently work and at this point, I doubt many of the talents behind Titanfall 2 remain at Respawn. And I mean the people who designed the game mechanics, balance, and programmed it. I can't confidently say Respawn can make a Titanfall 3 worthy of the name.
respawn devs: "we could make something LIKE titanfall, let's make a apex-titanfall hybrid and call it titanfall legends." EA: "nah, the market research shows that won't make as much as pumping out more apex legends updates" resapwn devs: "Yeah, we have new fans now, sorry titanfalls."
You know, considering the universe is referred to as titanfall 2, there is a distinct lack of titans in the flagship product of that universe, Apex Legends.. Me thinks its not titanfall 2 anymore. Call it the legends universe because respawn and EA damn well know they're not going to make a true successor to TF2, but a cash grab with a store.
I think a main reason titanfall 3 won't be as good as 2 is bc with how most of the OG respawn crew left, there isn't rlly anyone who knows how the game was like, they'll probably remove being able to earn everything 100% free and make it all paid for $20+ And they're gonna charge $30 for a reskinned gun that provides no benefits like 2 does

We're insane. Titanfall 2 has received no support for over half a decade and yet we still played. Titanfall has been nearly unplayable for a few years and yet we still played. Titanfall is as dead as the queen. AND. WE. STILL. PLAYED. We're all insane. Because sanity is for the weak.
Respawn is like Valve. Uses the Source Engine. Can’t count to 3. Is some how passionate about making games, but doesn’t ever want to develop them. Had/Has to deal with EA.

honestly such a confusing move especially if they really are trying to just make a buck why piss people off further if you're trying to get them to come back to an already failing company and website, and a series that many people already consider dead after the TERRIBLE last seasons
