I'm latinoamerican. I have a spanish friend. Her english is actually different. She pronounces S as Z and has a very pronounced accent. Spain in hetalia sounds a little more neutral. HOWEVER, most spaniards look like spain lmao. Or at least that's what it looks like to me.
I just love how the dubber tries to talk in Spanish with the accent that Spanish people have. And it's so cute when he messes up with the C or the Z or the accent marks, it's just too cute for me to handle!!!
I feel like the actor it's talking way too lazily, you gotta be truly bad at English pronunciation for talking like that. Like real bad. I talk Spanish but neither i, or anyone i knew (except my mother who has zero knowledge of the language) sounds like this, lol.

@@atomic747 can confirm, most of even our eurospanish descendant citizens have a tendency to pick up Mexican dialects because they're just kind of mixed in with the every day dialogue, depending where you live
