Unpopular opinion: Sweden and Finland's personalities are definitely accurate considering the historical context. Sweden is a growing kingdom trying to separate itself from its previous union, and is acting strong because of that. Finland is a weak and small part of the kingdom, and is reasonably scared of Sweden. I like to imagine their modern counterparts to conform to modern stereotypes. So Finland, while polite towards strangers and caring about everyone (a modern welfare state, after all), gets weirdly passionate about hockey and probably drinks way too much coffee and alcohol. Sweden on the other hand would still be stoic, but also have a bit of a flamboyant (and gay?) side.
