I love how "Angela" calmly opens the napkin, picks up the fly, pauses, and then pops it in her mouth like it was a piece of candy. Great comic timing. And then she finishes the moment perfectly with that look of contentment as she washes it down with the wine. And Ray's reaction is the icing on the cake.
Standing there frozen with the tray in his hands. Yes, they skipped a few minutes which means he remained frozen for longer than what this clip shows. Frank and Marie came in and chatted up the date all while he was standing there dumbfounded. Great stuff. 🤣

He improvised that line... It wasnt supose to be that loud and everything. Actually Ray had a little blackout after he yelled it thats why we see him jiggle a bit.

It's so great love this episode. My only stick with and I remember noticing it when I saw as a kid, was the fact that they (Ray especially) seems to be yelling and there'd be no way she wouldn't hear that. Minor complaint but still funny AF

Robert calling Ray a snivelling little man who would go out of his way to stop Robert being happy seemed so out of character. Ray has never tried to sabotage Robert's love life so this just comes out of nowhere to try and paint Ray as the bad guy for no reason
This and the "angry family" book report are probably 2 of the funniest moments in my opinion. I haven't seen all the seasons but those 2 scenes were so funny!
