This is exactly why I'm enjoying Andrew's content the most. These are real tactics that we can use in our everyday lives. Once you break from the fear a little bit and start trying some of the stuff he talks about in these podcasts, it actually will get you closer to the things you want in life.

That was a chaotic wedding. Here’s a different perspective: After participating in way too many weddings in my lifetime (9!) and all the chaos that ensues, my sons wedding this year… was very proactive. I stayed in contact with the services up too the date, confirming and reconfirming. I took down names and clearly outlined expectations. My end went off smoothly (food, music, rentals, photog, setup). Thank gawd! 😅

This was great after listening to this podcast. I had a horrible encounter with police. I work at a gas station currently and someone we kicked out decided to play games with me. I was working there already on shift for four hours three cop cars come come in and ask who’s car is that well it was my car. I said well it was just involved in a hit-and-run down the street. We just got a call about it, well it certainly wasn’t mine. I told the officer because I’ve been here for four hours working and so has my car and we have video camera so I can prove that funny thing is the cop didn’t want to look at the video footage seemed like he already had his mindset, so he tried to get leverage on me by asking for my drivers license which I gave him and then he refused to get back for two hours while he continued to go down that tunnel vision route of I must’ve been the guy that did the hit-and-run. He didn’t want to look at the video footage showing that me in this car has been there for four hours. He already made up his mind and he was now had leverage on me and my drivers license and continue to try to get more and more leverage. It would be nice if you could make a video about how to interact with police I am not anti-police I’m kind of a black sheep, my father was a Marine Corps scout sniper. I was born in Langley Virginia after the military he did some contracting type work and then spent about 30 years in law-enforcement my little sister spent six years in law-enforcement my two uncles spent over 30 years in law-enforcement, but when someone is threatening to throw you in jail for something you did not do, and saying you look guilty because you’re so upset about this. It would be nice to have some tools to use when situations like this happen because it’s becoming far to common. They took an oath to protect America from enemies, foreign and domestic, and far too many Officer’s are becoming that domestic enemy.

Such GREAT advice. You explained how to use real leverage ... NOT throwing a massive fit in the lobby and making a scene ... and NOT leaving an impotent review somewhere. And for a business owner, you've explained how important it is to deliver on promises, or fix an already broken promise. I've done that as a business person, and people have LOVED me for it ... and likewise, when a business fixes something for me, they become memorable in a very good way. One more statistic. When a customer is happy, they'll tell one other person. When they feel cheated and mistreated, they will tell at least TWELVE other people.

This is one of the wisest pieces of advice on dealing in any kind of business I've ever come across and chimes with some of my own business experience. Mr Bustamante has spotted the common thread - the leverage - which runs through every situation like this, unless - unbeknownst to you, you are dealing with an out-and-out crook), and analysed the solution, partly based on what modern day media can facilitate. Excellent.

leverage kinda gives me self confidence. leverage also encourages me to see challenges as opportunities instead of the negatives id rather forget. like you said, its all about them making things right. word is bond. the personal gains is just a bonus.

Dear Andrew, I am a big fan of yours and wanted to express my appreciation for your exceptional podcasts. They are truly remarkable. However, I believe they could become even more powerful by incorporating video footage of you speaking during the podcast. Just imagine the impact it would have! You possess a captivating presence: your good looks, charm, and concise yet pleasant speaking style make listening to you an absolute pleasure. This idea is a no-brainer! Have you ever wondered why other RU-vidrs' videos interviewing you have over a million views? It's not solely because of their subscribers; I've come across clips of you being interviewed with more views than the channel's subscriber count. What does this suggest? It's the thumbnail. Yes, the picture of you on that thumbnail, coupled with intriguing subject lines, piques people's curiosity and draws them in. It's not just the topic being discussed; it's you that captures their interest. In my humble opinion, presenting your podcasts in video format will undoubtedly cause your subscriber count to skyrocket into the millions in no time! Furthermore, it's important to remember that, particularly on RU-vid, it's much easier for the audience to connect with you when we can see you speak. With utmost sincerity, A devoted and enthusiastic fan :)

I love the message. I love Andrew and how he makes us use critical thinking skills. I will also say I've been opening hotels (Hilton, choice properties) I've been DOS or director of sales and marketing. I would never allow a front desk clerk to sell a bridal suite... it's so much more than one room and those rooms become "unsellable" after a group function has been put in. But I understand the point of this and I DO know this can happen but in today's times it would be the front desks last time they would be in my hotel.

I never really thought their reviews even matter to businesses. I would think they would be like who cares by what you got to say but yet I do look at reviews and if there’s some bad ones, sometimes it will persuade me to look somewhere else for business.

Andrew, thank you for sharing this powerfull tool today. Would you or a fan please elaborate, why its important that in both positive and negative outcomes of the situation Andrew said he would call the execs. instinctively I would say I will call the higher-ups only in the negative outcome - Why is that the wrong thing to do?
