everyday is a new beginning
new beginnings are usually associated with these big dramatic changes in our lives but how can we have this “new beginning feeling” in just our everyday lives? that’s what I explore here in this video; from trying new workouts, to starting a new semester to even going to the same places over n over again there can be a new beginning somewhere you just have to find it.
