Here two years later lolll wondering abt the bathrooms? Are there multiple on each floor or is it like everyone shares the one bathroom place per floor?
Ah i know it might be too late now but for driving u can always use Garmin GPS Edit: and if u want to hear music u can use ipod classic. Ofc u have to adapt yourself to the beautiful sound of mother nature but sometimes yeah u can use an ipod or a walkman. Do it the classic way
Do anybody want to accept Jesus christ as your savior he want to give you love and joy and happiness and salvation and eternal life if u confess your sins
Reflect where you are at in your life. Write down your goals Circle one of those goals Why is this goal important to you Write down steps you will need to attain that goal Get very specific about those action items- what days will you run, how long, what will you eat for breakfast, lunch etc…what time you will go to bed…etc 4+ Turn these actions into habits Start small Be consistent Be specific- when, where will you do it Change your environment Be careful who you surround yourself with Make the habit more enjoyable because it is a lifestyle Turn haves to get- e.g., I have to run --I get to run--it is a privilege Keep a habit tracker Don’t aim for perfection-you may miss a day or two Simply take action Adjusting- forget goals and focus on the system instead Focus on one thing at a time
The experience i had is not exactly getting a dumbphone but having my phone becoming one. It was a month when i didn't pay my phone bill and the telcos decided to suspend my data plan. So even though i had my smartphone, none of the apps could work without a wifi connection. So unless i connected to a public wifi or work wifi, i was pretty much off the grid and i have to admit, looking back, it was liberating AF. No calls, no messages, no picking up my phone just to look at an app. It was freeing to the point that i could focus on my book / kindle when i'm on the subway ride home. Right now i'm thinking of buying a flip phone and just doing a detox for a few months.
Very important thing about systems you forgot is making a list of things that will stop you from following the things in your systems. Forming habits is important but once you know what will create problems in practing that habit you can be aware. And less frustrated.
I feel like this video is a combination of several book I have read. If this video were tested for plagiarism, it would be down by now. I would've loved it so much more if only she gave credits to the original authors of the books, knowing her sources are actual accomplished methods and not something she came up with.
I was addicted to using my phone, so I didn't replace it with a flip phone, but I did try to use every single analog substitute that I can find. So far it just means basically every phone thing strictly on my PC, and a dedicated camera for photography.
Buying a flip phone changed my life ❤ it’s a big adjustment but it helps. Mine doesn’t have gps or anything but I use browser for almost everything like that. I have unlimited talk and text and 2 gb data monthly for $20.
If you don't find one you typically get a random one assigned to you. I know a lot of people that went random and loved their roommate more than the people who chose theirs, just depends!
5 minutes to write 2 sentences :-D back on high school I, I mean me and all of my classmates, we could type those 160 characters within seconds. AndEvenWeWereSavingCharactersForNotUsingSpaces :-D I don't think it is necessary to get that far back to quit using smartphone, just quit using it for social media and block as many notifications as possible to disturb you as little as possible. Then you reach the state when you use the phone only when you need it not when the phone wants you to use it. I did this recently and I feel so much more free.
