Wow, such a nice jewellery collection! 😍 Unfortunately nowadays I am not wearing anything more than earrings, because of that I am washing hands so often, this virus... 😩 stay healthy and have a nice day!

I’ve never got my Tiffany bracelet into any clothes, though it got asymmetrical too. So interesting to see how differently we wear same items)

The shenanigans of these high end jewellery houses are crazy!! I have always bought my fine jewelry from estate sales, or used from consignments, and never been happier with my purchases.

Totally agree. The fact that Cartier can sell a gold bracelet with circles on it for thousands of dollars, is crazy.

I just got my new wedding band from a small business here in Brussels, and I'm so happy with it! It's pretty clear that when you purchase from a big brand you pay a lot extra for the 'branding' & marketing, and that's part of the reason why I decided to go to a local small business for my new ring and it's definitely something that I'll consider more in the future!

Amazing collection! Your engagement ring will always twist to the side because of the weight of the stone and you have the halo also. It used to drive me crazy too but once you get a wedding band it gets better and you really get used to it! They should have properly resized such an expensive ring from such a prestigious brand!

Hey princess! Just came across your channel✨ lovely collection! Don’t feel away with your hands: I have chubby and non straightening fingers too! Never wanted to wear rings in my teenage years because I broke my fingers on my left hand (ring and little finger) several times due to basketball. My husband bought rings I thought wouldn’t work with my hand but it’s a stunner! Was considering the Tiffany T bangle in yellow gold for my 25th, appreciate you sharing the wear tips!🙏🏾 new subbie!

I know this video is like a year old, but what size apsara do you have? I have a daith piercing done elsewhere and really want to order that piece once it’s done healing. Not sure between the 8mm and 9.5mm diameter though, and I love how yours looks!

I agree with you about the small tiffany t bracelet. I have it in white gold and have similar thoughts and issues with it. Considering the price, it seems light and fragile so I sort of regret buying it 😔.

@@AxelleBlanpain Actaully, no. Besides, even if they do find to a way to improve, I will still be stuck with mine.🤣 Maybe these issues may not be a problem with the thicker version. The thinner version is very thin and light 😔

It's from a brand called Rue Gembon but I don't recommend them at all! Quality is terrible and their customer service is non-existent!

Also, I’m still waiting for a Love bracelet! I want the thin one in gold. I will be married 25 years in June 2021 & I have asked my husband for it. We recently moved & bought another home & are getting a pool, so I’m ok with waiting! Besides that we are putting our beautiful daughter through collage. I really enjoy your videos! I have watched you for years! Thanks for your honesty about the jewelry company’s!

@@claudiakalkbrenner4148 thank-you!! Congratulations on your marriage! You’ve survived 2 lockdowns, that’s huge! Always keep your communication open. We hit a bump about 10 years in & went to counseling. It was so helpful for both of us. Our counselor is a psychologist and a pastor (we’re Christian) It was the best of both worlds! We did have to experience a couple of crappy counselors first, so if you decide to go & one of you don’t like the counselor, try a new one. Other then that, just treat each other as you want to be treated. One great book we read together right before bed was “Sex begins in the kitchen” by Kevin Levine. Even as newlyweds it’s a great book to read. (it’s a quick, easy read) Reading it together is fun & you both benefit.

We know how to respect each other’s need for personal space and for personal hobbies. That’s how we made lockdown work. So nice to hear about different experiences and advices!

For your wedding ring, if you add a band (maybe an anniversary band) and have it solterd together it won’t spin like it does. My engagement ring spun around & bothered me too. My fingers are shaped like yours. When we added the wedding band & had it solterd together, it no longer spins. I hope that makes sense.

I just got my new wedding band and sadly, we weren't able to fuse them together. It was something that we considered but due to the way the Tiffany ring is made, it's impossible to have a ring that 'slides' underneath it... That being said, I love my new wedding band and it looks so good next to my engagement ring so I'm really glad that we decided to get a new one :)

Thinking to getting the Cartier Love cuff today yet one of the things that always worried me is the fact of how secure it is. Is it easy for someone to take it off your wrist?

Absolutely not! Whenever I have to take it off myself, I really struggle, so there's no way that someone else would be able to do it!

Sounds like your e-ring is a tad too loose. I’d resize it down 1/2 size. Otherwise to stack a ring under it as our fingers get bigger further up if that makes sense. Fixed the same problem for me with mine.

Oh Axelle I remember when you were getting married, and I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen your engagement ring up close! It’s gorgeous! But do you mind me asking, what happened to your wedding rings that you and your husband had custom made - I remember that video too! I just wear my engagement ring and wedding ring plus my mother’s wedding ring... I have tons of bracelets but my husband surprised me with a Rolex on Christmas 2018 and that’s all I wear. (Would love to see a video of you and your mum shopping or going out somewhere!)

I mentioned my wedding band in the French version of this video but you're right, I completely forgot to address it in this one! We actually decided to make a new band for me, using the platinum of the ring we made as we used the same piece to make both back in the day. So my ring is currently at the designer workshop here in Brussels and I'm hoping to get it once the lockdown is lifted. I'm going for a simple thin band with small diamonds on the top half of it (it will looks very similar to my engagement ring). We decided to design a new one for me for a couple of reasons but it's mainly a way to celebrate our 10 years together ✨ What a great gift from your husband! Which one do you have? There's a vintage shop here in Brussels that sells beautiful pre-loved Rolex watches and I'm always drooling! Some of them are so beautiful!

Axelle Blanpain Your wedding ring redesign sounds gorgeous. My Rolex is the Ladies Datejust - Champagne face with white markers with a silver/gold band...I heard of Rolex many years ago and the company I worked for gave Rolexes for every employee’s 10th year work anniversary.. They stopped it 3 months BEFORE I was going to receive mine - I was devastated! My future husband worked at the same company and he got his the year before.. so I was always holding, admiring his... We opened presents very late Christmas Day that night and when I saw the box I was crying - I could not open it because then I would see what my watch looked like!

I agree that it was very wrong for Cartier to try and have you pay more. You essentially entered in a contract when you first made the deposit with the agreed upon price. Very wrong and bad business for them to change the price weeks later! Your jewelry collection is gorgeous! Also, don't feel bad about your right hand, I never would have noticed a difference if you didn't say anything. My index finger on my weight hand is twisted to one side permanently from sucking on it so much as a child. I also have a bump on my fist knuckle on my middle finger on my right hand from holding a pencil so hard growing up in school. Stay well! ; )

No, it doesn't 😁 In over 9 years it has never happened, thankfully! The opening is pretty narrow and you really have to twist it yourself to take it off ☺️

What Cartier did asking for the price increase is wrong and unethical. On the day of purchase what was mentioned as the gold rate is the fixed price. Beautiful video btw💖😍
