Thanks for making this video very informative I'm having a discomfort in my left side under the rib area especially when I'm anxious. Do anyone else have this?

I have the opposite problem: I drink too much water. Only water, nothing else. Filtered water.

How much? If you drink too much you can dilute your electrolytes but to do that I think it has to be excessive.

You are unlikely to drink too much as your kidneys will regulate it…

The funny thing is with me I don't sweat at all under my arms ... I don't need deodorant anymore😮 it's been like that for about a year now I never have to wear deodorant anymore I think maybe twice I needed to just go refresh or take a shower but it depends on if I went back to eating meat I stopped eating meat a long time ago and I don't need deodorant I don't know if it's a menopausal thing or the meat thing

I drink water with a squeeze of lime in it throughout the day, about a quarter of a lime per day. Is that too much juice, I wonder? I do it because lemon and lime are good for the liver, or so I've heard. Also, if you do an underarm detox (Lavanilla makes a good charcoal one), you can then begin to wear natural deodorant without worrying about underarm odor. I use unscented Native deodorant, but as she said, there are SO many on the market now. Thank you for what you do, A. Vogel!

With regards to water, what about fruit and herbal teas (with no milk or sugar), does this count towards water intake? I try to skip green tea as I know it contains caffeine, but really enjoy lemon and ginger and peppermint (I have found them both helpful for anxiety and digestion). I have found Wild deodorant to be really effective. Thank you for such helpful advice.

Hi Tracy Plain water is best as it is used most effectively in the body but the odd cup of herb tea is fine too and many do have specific health benefits. Some fruit teas may have some natural sugars in them which can negate some of the benefits so I would only have these in moderation. Best Wishes Eileen
