I had a theory in mind. Given that Xebec is about to slaughter every celestial dragon he might come, a young/child shanks is their about to be killed. Shanks might have been a relative of Figarland, a celestial dragon. Roger might have saved him from the grasp of Xebec. I also think that buggy is a citizen of God valley. Just thinking. Haha
The series did not elaborate on this further until One Piece Volume 4 billion, a special booklet distributed to attendees of the movie One Piece Film: Red, written by Eiichiro Oda himself. The volume explains that Shanks was found as a 1-year-old boy by Gol D. Roger and his crew, hidden in a treasure chest pillaged after their battle in God Valley. I thought this information is well known now.. So yes, roger found him after the fight, nothing like roger saved him from the hands of xebec. And the god valley happened 38 years ago, and shanks age is 39 it makes more sense than your theory being shanks a young/child. Shanks at that time is literally a baby who cant walk

As for Kuma being a tyrant given that you have Vlad the Impaler, Hannibal of Carthage, Nobunaga Oda, and other "Tyrants" their aliases were mostly associated with their behavior towards their enemies and propaganda to incite uprising and coups.
I find it rather surprising that despite being portrayed as the character who fought aginst Garp, Gol D. Roger, and Whitebeard, he is often perceived as a villain by people.

So, Saturn made a pact with Kuma, something that fits into the image that all the Gorosei are likenesses of Japanese demons or, in other words, devils. Devils make pacts with people in difficult life situations. This pact probably involved Saturn allowing Kuma and his friends to escape, but only on the condition that Kuma would surrender his life to the World Government when they demanded it and do everything they asked for. The theory could end here, but we can delve further. Kuma and Jinny fell in love and eventually had Bonney. That was when the World Government approached Kuma and demanded his life. Kuma, who had just started a family and had newfound hope, refused to comply. As a warning, Jinny was killed. Out of fear that Bonney might be next, Kuma surrendered to the World Government and has since been a “loyal” servant, motivated by fear for his daughter. “Loyal” because he’s evidently also joined the revolution. Why is still hard to say, as it would be an incredible risk. Unless he’s actually pulling off a Severus Snape move and was infiltrated into the revolution by the World Government due to his connection to Ivankov. There, he should act as a spy but is secretly a double agent truly loyal to the revolution. All of this explains, on one hand, why Kuma managed to escape God Valley unharmed and, on the other hand, why, despite his past, he became the most loyal subordinate to the government.

I love the relationship betweem Roger and Garp. It isn't adversarial more like a rivlary similiar to Koby and Luffy, who both want to reach the pinnacle of their respective class. And none of us can forget how luffy trucked him during the Paramount war, that wasn't disrespect, it was Luffy respecting the resolve of Koby and vice versa.

just thought of this now, but in the one shot manga Wanted, there is a bird called a roc that was known for its magical powers. So maybe this roc and Rocks could be connected, like maybe the roc is a mythical zoan bird-bird fruit that Rocks ate.

I believe that as a baby buggy has always been attracted to treasure and some how he was in the chest that the spy’s stole to take to God Valley. Which forced his father to gather up his crew to attack God Valley. But X knew his crew wouldn’t be interested in going if it was just for a baby. So X made it seem like it was for these rare devil fruits.But it was all for X personal treasure which was buggy the clown. Then X sacrifice himself for buggy and Rodger takes buggy under his crew. Definitelly below. Even power wise Tot is stronger. It took 2 emeperors and a very lucky coincidence to manage to beat it (Usop and Yasop being there and being Observation Haki experts so that they could communicate)

The amount of chest there was the amount of people joyboy had on his crew. Think about it ABD how would they have the fruits in the first place and willing to give them away so casually. I doubt xebec was a bad person. He was just depicted like that because of the government. While when we look at everyone who join his crew. They all have the almost the same hard life. Also, the crew seems to follow what he believed in which is family hence why some of the powerhouses have a family crew. Xebec was called untrustworthy and good-for-nothing from big ma. Which she probably called him untrustworthy because he hid his true intentions and good for nothing because of something personal between them. Whitebeard said he had bad experiences with him and the crew. This probably happened because he was the right hand man of xebec or in his case the big brother of the crew. He was the one to look after everyone while xebec was gone an whitebeard looked at it as neglect. Thats why whitebeard doesn’t neglect none of his sons. Rocks and kaidou had the same relationship that whitebeard and ace shared when he tried to always fight him but lost. The reason why the crew hated him and the crew couldn’t get along was their egos and goals were too much alike. Xebec had to constantly get on them because of that. Xebec probably conquered the islands that most of his subordinates lived at to suit their needs. Xebec was luffy and teach put together. He wanted to rule the world but wanted to bring everyone together. The only way he knew that would work was power and fear.
Those treasure chests are the same from the arc where the chests where empty. From the mab who was stuck in the chest. Whats even more funny is that Grap was whilling to allow genocide. I think it should also be noted that in the page of the rocks pirate reveal we see a few members actually revealed early on in thriller bark as the zombie generals. That being that huge guy in the golden armour and huge sword, one guy with 4 arms holding guns right at the back of the panel on the left, the guy in the air with the wolverine claws on the right and that fish man with the big lips. We can see them all in chapter 452 and ep 345 (7:10).

What if Rocks, Garp, and Roger teamed up to defeat Imu but failed instead? They lost, but the world government changed the story instead and led to what we know as the main story progressed.

We seen the guy with the helmet at thriller bark as a zombie. So, he can only be Silver Axe. This throws people off because he wielded a sword on Thriller bark, but the Zombies take on the fighting styles of the shadows they are given, not the corpses

I find the plot to be quite unbelievable. If the fruits are as powerful as they're portrayed, why would the characters want to host a contest for them? It seems more logical to keep them for themselves. Additionally, if their bodyguards and soldiers are indeed that powerful, they could easily take control instead of being controlled. The lack of this decision-making logic doesn't make sense. One might argue that the world nobles could threaten their families and loved ones, but a more rational approach would be to eliminate the threat by taking out the nobles before they can harm anyone.
In regards to the df prizes: i actually think this lines up well with what we know about the celestial dragons (CD). Think about it like this: each family has chosen their fighters, and in order to determine which family will receive the 2 df mentioned they essentially prove themselves by massacring civilians. Whoever racks up the highest score/body count proves they are worthy. This could also be why things like headshots and precision give the participants a higher score; it's a showcase of skill. The other side is that the CD are amoral and also enjoy partaking in the bloodbath, so i think this lines up perfectly with what we've seen. The flaw was that no one outside of the CD was supposed to know about the event, and when that happened it threw a wrench in their plans. (in other words, you're right in that they were TRYING to keep it for themselves, but once the word got out there was no stopping the conflict). Their bodyguards would never betray them, because even punching a CD means you have a buster call on your hands (like in the Sabaody arc for example)
