well red guy seems to like him. i think the reason he fired him in jobs is because he didn't know what to do and he had his entire personality changed when he became boss
@@benthebiscuit1717 I mean, did they? Duck's heart(?) falls out and performs a Hellraiser parody. One of the Ducks is straight up murdered with a shovel. Old man Yellow Guy gets his arm blendered. Pretty much the entire Family episode. Warren's final form. Imaginary Shy Brother slashing his own throat. The Care Hound. There's a bit lighter tone overall, but I think that's more just that the episodes are longer so the horror elements are spread out a bit more.
It's really sad how Red is emotional and happy compared to the rest of his own people. Maybe he's become more cynical with the other two as a way to supress his feelings, but they surface again each time he yells.
I love the added harshness in our main 3. Them yelling feels more raw/surprising. It's also balanced with good moments where they care for each other that it makes them feel more realistic and human than ever. It also feels more symbolic in a social commentary/hidden lore way. The fight scene is so chaotic it's one of my favourite moments.
If I ever plan to quit a future job and I get a call from corporate or something, I'll say word-for-word, "I can't help you, I don't work here! Okay, fine! BYE!" Then I'll slam the phone and jump out the window like a majestic eagle, until I splatter on the sidewalk like a pigeon's dookie.
i’m pretty sure in the new series the auto tune still shows up sometimes, mostly when he’s stressed or angry abt smth. like, in the electricity episode, his voice was normal until yellow guy acted weird and he got freaked out.
I think seeing yellow guy freak out in the fighting scene is a moment when we see Roy in his blood. his dad is unbelievably violent and maybe he didn't fall so far from the tree. after all... he threw the first blow
Brendan punching the wall and screaming and then instantly getting mad at Red for asking if he was okay was the instant I knew this show was gonna be a classic.
It's great when yellow guy get's mangled by a machine in work related accident, duck screams "Do something!" and red guy is like "Emmm... errr... You're fired!"
i like to think the briefcase guy were actually trying to escape the world of dhmis, and when they were in the work place he just tried to run away, maybe even safe his brother. But the higher forces like put him in the medical kit, doomed to the fate of all the other teachers
"The spirit of adventure! Finance-!" "STOP IT." ALWAYS cracks me up. I love how annoyed Yellow Guy gets with Stain, it's such a contrast to his usual general cheeriness.
I think Red guy and Duck get along so well because they're both all-in on incidents that they happen to be interested in (The internet and dying for Duck (mood lol), having a family and leaving his current situation for Red guy) and the minute they're not into something, they immediately vocalize their disdain like catty highschoolers. We stan kings that know what they want and won't accept any less!!
4:33 he's obviously the older brother. Which does make it odd that yellow guy wanted a shy older brother, he basically already has one. That or I just think my older brother is like Red Guy. He has long red hair and a deep voice.
I would just like to point out how many times that I have said "hey, wow, I didn't like that" with either a smile or a deadpan look on on my face/in my eyes, and it made people stop saying dumb stuff immediately. It's crazy! Works best on drunk creeps hahah they don't know how to respond and leave bc I'm "weird" ;)

i love how the main trio went from having zero personalities whatsoever in the web series to just being absolute shit bags to either each other or the people around them
after seeing yellow guy (with the fresh new batteries in episode 6 "Electricity") with his preppy style hair, I realized how much I loved his normal mow-hawk kinda of thing he had going on for the rest of the show. It was just cute and fun in it's own way.
