Juicy meat with milk - my family's favorite recipe, passed down from my grandfather. Pork and eggs are a great addition to an old recipe. I do it every Friday!

Ingredients:
Pork fillet 1kg
Garlic
Milk 200 ml
Potatoes 1 kg
Onions
carrots
Mushrooms
Salt
Black pepper
paprika
Italian herbs
paprika
Bacon 200 g
egg
Parmesan

Sweden here. You should try a Sockerkaka (Sugar cake) with Saffron, white chocolate and a splash of Sauterne wine (sweet desert wine). Soooooo good 😃

Muss man die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte zur Zubereitung der einzelnen Zutaten episch lang vor führen ? Da vergeht einem die Lust am zusehen. Eigentlich schade, da interessante Rezepte dabei sind.
