Hey, Maybe we can connect it with the Loki Series from Marvel too, there is a time variance authority (Celestia) that looks after sacred timeline (Teyvat) and prunes a timeline if something goes wrong (Divine nails), there is an anomaly in the equation (Traveller) who learns about the TVA part by part (Travelling nations and meeting various people) and lots of things happen, until they realise something's wrong and they need to fix it, so they confront He Who Remains, but still what's to come will come (Like Fontaine Prophecy) but then Loki realises that it's the system that is the problem hence he replaces the old system with a new one, he controls it now ( which I think is what will happen in the end, Traveller will end up replacing current Celestia and create a new, stable one ) Just a connection I saw, becoz I love both of these!!! What do u think about the parallels??
The more we go deep in the lore, the more it looks like the twins will likely become enemies! Unless we see a huge twist, traveler is going to be a god, the siblings is going to dethrone Celestia. So their fight will be inevitable.
@@ねこ男の子 Dainsleif said* but in reality we're getting closer to understand that 'we' as traveler ambition is to take control of Celestia under the guide of them
@@someguywhoenjoymusic1961 Against the wishes of anyone who's ever come into contact with the Principles.. That would be the biggest FU, to all the bonds Traveller developed and a spit in the face to their original goal, to get their sibling back.
@@F1ll1nTh3Blanks I denied this, In Inazuma quest Yae Miko stated that 'Our own ambition is not to find out siblings because we already find him/her. That's why our traveler don't have a vision from tevyat And it's other else even the traveler didn't what it's
I think that in Venti's case, it's more that he would attack anyone who tries to read his fate in such a way that they can't keep their eyes open, and Mona didn't want to end up flashing the Traveler if his winds ended up shredding her outfit.
Considering Paimon is the self-proclaimed guide, I don't really remember her knowing anything about anywhere before we actually go there and check it out. So I wonder what she's guiding us towards, and how, and why, and for who... And the fact that nobody recognises what she is implies her current form is a complete fabrication too. I wish the Traveler would ask more questions about her!
I think the reason Paimon doesn't seem to really know as much as she SHOULD if she's guiding us... is because her knowledge is outdated. That is to say... what knowledge she has of Teyvat is from when there were still 3 moons in the sky.
i theorised that teyvat was a buuble world from honkai since it had its own laws and the concept known as the heavenly principle is needed if the keeper is fading/ heavenly principle they want traveler to asende and take that role so that teyvat would not sink in the sea of quanta .it make sence with its called the teyvat then. it has already be done once in honkais snow salt holy city arc
I have a theory that after the second war against the dragons the primordial was not only damaged, it was divided into two parts (one female and one male) to which the unknown goddess sent them to other worlds to save them from the war so that they could recover. were strengthened, these two would be Aether and Lumine, and they would return to Teivat in the future so that they would regain their elemental authority and fuse to create the primordial again.
My theory is the the Primordial One was not actually a single person, they were Four Shades to begin with. But something went wrong, and now at least some of the shades are incapacitated. And the Sustainer (who I believe to be Shade of Space) locked the Traveller and Sibling in Teyvat so that they would help the world out in a way she can't. "The arrogation of mankind" needs to be stopped, but Traveler and Sibling are not humans.
@@walker1686 Yes, that is the only error I have found in that theory, but it could be that after so much time they are very changed and I do not recognize them, or that fans will end up dividing after leaving Teivat and the unknown goddess will never see how They were the twins
@@ismaelgarciasalinero7122 but based on what? The lore never hints to any of them “changing appearance” also she seems to know who she is talking to. She addressed them with a title and a thing they did, don’t think she made a mistake
@@walker1686 "The protector is dying (unknown goddess); the creator has not arrived yet (The primordial). But the world will burn no more, for you will ascend to heaven" I basically base it on this, it is something that becomes very clear during the story, "we are special and the heavenly throne awaits us", also in the fact that one of the twins is considered from outside and the other from within Teyvat, ( The primordial was from the outside, but he was the one who created the system that recognizes whether you are from the outside or the inside, so it makes sense that he is half of one and half of the other) and also in the description of the primordial, he was asexual (he possessed both sexes, or none), had wings(because of the feathers that neuvillete mentions) like the travelers, and that he was badly damaged in the second war against the dragons, and if he is not on his throne nor has he died, then he must have fled, and quite a few coincidences that fit together very well. Although it is still one of many theories that have occurred to me, it is most likely wrong, only time will tell.
I strongly believe that would be the case. If the Traveler eventually gets into Celestial, perhaps the goal is not to destroy the Heavenly Principles but instead replace it and reform into something better. Maybe the Traveler will take on a similar godly role as Venti, allowing the people of Tavet to live their lives however they wish and only getting involved when a great threat appears. This could lead the Traveler into conflict with the current rulers of Celestia who wish to maintain control over the world which could lead into an epic confrontation to determine the fate of Tavet and the people who lived in it.
Paimon explains why she got sucked into the water, she got caught in a current and it spun her around making her dizzy and therefore she could’ve get out
One thing: I don't believe the CURRENT rulers of Celestia are the ones who want the Traveler to become what they're becoming. I think it's probably the ousted rulers, the Primordial One and their shades - or rather just Istaroth, if she's the only one still living. Istaroth being the God of Critical Moments, she can ensure the Traveler is embroiled in every critical issue in Teyvat, and grows to become a ruler worthy of taking the place of the deceased Primordial One. Maybe. :)
I agree. And I'd say Sustainer is involved in that plan too. I think she is also a shade, the one in charge of space and maintaining borders between Teyvat and the outside world (Abyss?). Which is why the siblings could not simply fly around her when leaving.
I’m kind of curious as to why the Traveler hasn’t ask more questions about Paimon. She seems to know a little too much about everything and no one seems to know what she is aside from a floating companion or a fairy. What ever happens at the end, it’s going to be one hell of a ride there.
Paimon is like a seelie. Seelies are unable to travel by themselves without somebody they can guide, which in turn: they guide the Seelie to their final resting place. Paimon's place is Celestia. Which we are guiding her to throughout the Seven Nations.
yeah, we really need an example of someone becoming a god, now. someone ascending to the throne of an archon, or something similar. and not some dragon shit, but humanity who we knows are weaker atm. can't wait for Natlan. The Agnidus Agate Gemstone tells it.
You know... in your video covering the theory that Paimon and the Sustainer are both moon sisters... The *Sustainer* of Heavenly Principles is straightforward as one of the four phrases mentioned in the Narzissenkreuz Ordo note. She sustains the world. You brought up one of Paimon's voice lines, where she claims to be a god of protection. THAT TOO is one of the four phrases! If the theory is true, she protects the world. Perhaps her proper title would be "Protector of Heavenly Principles" So this has to lead us to thinking that... if those 4 phrases match the 4 shining shades, perhaps we also have a Creator and a Destroyer. Though it's weird to think that one of the shades would be titled as "Destroyer of Heavenly Principles" isn't it... Perhaps it makes more sense, then, that the four phrases are referring to four Descenders? If the current person running Celestia is the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles... The First Descender would be the Creator and the Second Descender would be the Destroyer. Perhaps we are the Protector? And does that mean the Sustainer is the Third Descender? Or perhaps... after what we learned of the Gnoses, a shade of the Third?
Isn’t sus that constellations sort of help characters upgrade? Like you know how a constellation basically upgrades every single playable character’s current abilities? It kinda reminds me of the gnosis and the fact that a gnosis is the remains of the third descender, could it also be that the constellations in the sky are also dead god remains? I mean if you read the Genshin manga, Venti tells us that there were gods that sacrificed themselves to form life in the cosmos/gave their parts to form certain elements of the world. So its probably possible? (I hope this made sense lol)
Well, that's what it means for the stars to be the fruit of Irminsul - the collected memories of all the people who lived in Teyvat before. Not just the vision-holders, not just the ones who ascended, but of everyone. Still, I think if there was such a thing as fruit of Irminsul, we would have encountered it back in Sumeru.
Teyvat is just one of the many bubble universes, created by the Schicksal, to see, maybe they can create a world without Honkai energy. The "Travelers" is Schicksal soldiers, they traveling between bubble universes, to see re results. Celestia is the "home" of Honkai energy, corrupting the "Gods" there. The Honkai energy is the same as the Abyss, so, there you go. Oh, and Paimon is same as the ELFs in Honkai Impact 3rd : "Equipment: Living Form (Japanese: 武装人形 Busō Ningyō), or ELF for short, is an autonomous humanoid form assisting Valkyries in battles." What Paimons doing? Helping the Travelers. What ELFs doing? Helping the Valkyries. This is not theory, this is facts.
Nahida is not wearing anything like a Vision. The gems that Raiden Shogun is wearing look like Visions at the first glance, but on closer look, they aren't. Also, she has two of them. Furina used to wear a large gem, which she replaced with a Vision when she got one. But Venti and Zhongli, who disguise themselves as mortals, wear fake Visions. Adepti like Cloud Retainer have real Visions, somehow.
This question of whether Celestia is active or not needs to be included in such an analysis. On the one hand we have a perfectly clear statement by both Nahida and Dottore that Celestia is asleep or inactive. And then on the other hand we get these throwaway lines like "Furina fools Celestia" or in this video "Constellations and Visions are tools to track and monitor the world's people". They can't both be right. Or at best you could say that if Celestia was functioning they could use such devices. But really. What sense does that make? Mona can monitor people by scrying and she doesn't need any devices "bugging" the target. Why would a higher tier divine group of gods be less able to observe Teyvat than a human? I have never understood the appeal of this theory which seems unfalsifiable. Similarly Paimon as a betrayer just doesn't seem to work at all. Well this video also baulks at suggesting this and instead says Paimon herself is unaware that she's secretly working for Celestia. But if she doesn't know she's doing it, then in what sense can she be secretly directing the Traveler towards Celestia's agenda? Those two things are opposites. If Celestia is asleep and Paimon is made to forget her orders how exactly is Traveler being guided? and again Traveler is doing just what the Sibling did 500 to 450 years ago so did Celestia manipulate them too? Well this observation and manipulations stuff doesn't appear to connect in any way to the more solid theory about who gets constellations that are just their image and who doesn't and why. Even going back 500 years Celestia doesn't take the Twins aside and say "Hey you guys I could do with a favour..." if they wanted them to work together. I dunno but maybe attacking and kidnapping people isn't the best way to start asking them for help. On the other hand they don't seem to want to kill them either.
I’ve explained what I think about Celestia’s activity is working in other videos, but I believe a lot of the gods of Celestia are alive. They’re just weak/fading away, so they rest to preserve their power unless their presence is 100% necessary. The “creator” that has “yet to come” may be the Primordial One after restoring it’s power considering the rest of the quote is about godly/celestial things. • I don’t know why you say they can’t both be right since there’s no reason why they couldn’t both be used in a similar way. Yes, astrologists are able to read the shown fate of particular people. But when even very powerful astrologists recommend just accepting fate, it’s obvious the system itself is to be observed and not tampered with. A security camera in a store won’t stop people from stealing, but it will record and track them. - In the same sense, Nahida is just strolling around with the power modify the memories of everyone recorded in the world. • Ascenders and the overseers of the world would be less observable because they actually have the will to rival fate. It’s essentially giving a todler rock vs giving a trained assassin a rock. - Nahida was also able to read the sibling’s records until someone or something interfered with them. And since the traveler was assigned a constellation made up of their memories AFTER they tapped in to Iriminsul, there should be records of them on it. So, I believe there’s a good chance Nahida and astrologers just don’t have the level of clearance required to read/scry them. • I didn’t say Paimon was “betraying” the traveler, but I explained how her role would work by referencing back to Furina. Although Paimon may not have the memory of the deal itself, she may have the natural reaction/basic knowledge to guide the traveler similar to Furina had the base knowledge of the prophecy. Durin didn’t need to know he was hurting the people of Monstadt in order to hurt them, and Paimon doesn’t need to know she’s helping Celestia to help them. - We also don’t know how long Paimon was underwater and if Celestia’s been asleep for the full 500 years or if they’ve just ignored it and focused on other things. • The traveler and the sibling aren’t on the exact same path. Although the sibling did traverse Teyvat after leaving Khaenriah, it was shortly after a Cataclysmic event. Their travel companions were also different, and they didn’t travel in the same order. - And yes, there’s a good chance the Abyss Sibling is/was “manipulated” by Celestia. If we follow what Neuvillette’s Character Story 5, constellations and fate are used to control and toy with people of the world. Since the sibling being bound to the world (fate) once they landed, Celestia has had the chance to do just that. That’s their whole ordeal with the abyss; they need it to engulf the thrones for their “war with destiny” to end. • When the siblings were stopped 500 years ago they weren’t killed or seriously hurt, just sealed. Their encounter with the Sustainer was also directly after one of the twins helped lead a nation that constantly went against Celestia’s laws and tampered with the abyss, eventually leading to a war that caused the death of MANY people and gods. It’s no surprise the Sustainer wasn’t eager to pause and great them, especially when one trait of a Descender is their ability to *destroy* the world. The traveler also hadn’t tapped into Iriminsul at that time, so they may have been unaware of their status as a descender until the Sustainer sealed the traveler and their memories (as shown by their constellations being made up of their missing memories).
@@iamsyncx It's crazy how the unknown god or the sustainer beat both of their asses with ease. They clearly had a element we don't know yet, and they still got dropped. Can't wait to meet the Celestia gods. Shit needs to pop off.
I think Paimon being controlled by Celestia and being a seelie is a lot more plausible than her being PO or a Moon Sister. Though she still has a god/demon name.
To me I don’t think the traveler wants to own the world or the throne dain does say the throne in the sky is not reserved for you meaning that it is for the original creator not us I mean why would we want to rule over all of our friends we’ve made would that make us any better then how celestia ruled teyvat leaving it to the hands of the archons
