Thankyou, i read the light on yoga book by B KS IYENGAR.. its a wounderful book .. i have some vagueness about sirshasana. As iyengar said - crown of the head should touch the floor.. crown means exactly which part of the head.. is it the middle part of the head?? And another doubt is weight of the body should borne only on head or hands also shares the weight?? Waiting for the reply
The yoga crown of your head is different from the one you commonly think of related to your hairstyle. To find your crown, take a hand and place the base of your palm against your eyebrows and roll your hand and fingertips up, the place where the tip of your middle finder rests is your crown.
