I'm considering moving to Fate from Anchorage, Alaska. I am a registered nurse, what is the hospital situation like there? When I'm not working my biggest passion is to fly kites. Are there good places to fly kites there?
Fate is nowhere near a reputable hospital system. And kites are best in Rockwall, Tx. Fate water bill average is about $125 a month for little usage. I'd keep looking elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
I know nothing about DFW but looking at moving there from out of state in just a couple months and purchasing online. There’s not too many options for a new build fall out $350k or under but Fate and Heartland are 2 areas I am considering. Which of the 2 would you recommend? I am boujee but on a budget. I don’t want to live in a hole in the wall area, off the beaten path in narnia and most importantly, I don’t want to live anywhere near the ghetto/hood. Please give me any and all advice!! Thank you!
Fate and all of Rockwall County is lacking roads going East to West. There are only two roads to leave the city to go to Dallas. Traffic is about 10x worse than Dallas. Forney is located south of I-30. I would not recommend moving south of I-30 as historically those areas lose value, or as someone said they are ghetto.
