Glad it helped. 😊 And please note, inorder to access the front acc ports of the adventure models, you might need to remove the plastic cover between your front forks which connects the headlight unit. It's not difficult, just letting you know that you need to remove a couple of screws to get access to it 😊

This is the first time I saw your video. You are spreading useful information to people which a very few might know. I own a Duke390 2017 model, for me the led headlight looks aesthetically pleasing that’s it, but functionally the illumination provided by the headlight is not at all enough for night time highway rides and touring. So I was planning to add a pair of fog light projectors with hid and a pair of auxiliary LED’s with the help of a power distribution module(Innovv powerhub2 or PDM60). But after seeing your video I have dropped my idea of buying a power distribution module, which saves me anywhere between Rs5000-16000.

Hello. I have a car play unit which comes with a red wire for 12 v , black for ground and then there is yellow wire called ACC. Right now i connected red and black with battery +ve and -ve and yellow with my 390 adventure rear accessory port with ignition control. So now when the ignition is on, the carplay unit comes alive along with other units. Now my question for you is, instead of connecting black and red with battery can we connect it to accessory port of the bike according to your video? What should we do with the yellow acc wire of the carplay unit then?

Useful video. Do make a video on all the accesories available at KTM service centers like the sticker kit, motorcycle cover, handguards etc.

It was available in the past. Now KTM has taken away most of that, except the handguards. Whatever showrooms have are just the old/damaged pieces which they didn't manage to sell in the past. Dealership network is pushing to bring more Accesories for the adventure models, but still fingers crossed on that.

Import problems. They are locally manufacturing their power parts division in their abroad markets, so it makes sense to buy them there. Importing the same here makes it exorbitant. Like one bar end mirror set costs 19k in india after the import. Now tell me who will buy a mirror set for that amount. 😊

Very nice explanation ! The accessory port has 10A fuse rating, does it mean I can connect auxiliary lights with max 120W (12V x 10A) output directly to the port without any additional relay ? Are the cables able to handle 10A current ?

The one which has blue cable is the positive one, I guess. But you can generally connect the acc directly and check if it works.

for bs6 dukes, you'll need to connect the flasher behind the Headlight unit. I use simtac hazard flasher in mine. It seems to work fine.

There is one acc port couple which is directly connected to the battery. That one will be on even if your bike is off. Try the other ports

You might need to cut the dust cap a bit to let the air out. LEDs get quite hot if there is no ventilation

Your electrical warranty should be fine. Just try not to cut too much to make anything look obvious.

Sir My Duke 200 bs6 is showing "ABS FAILURE" And "CAN ABS FAILURE".... What can be the cause and how it can be resolved? While riding everything was fine in meter after a time suddenly there errors pop up and within few time meter went fine and now it stuck at abs failure and " Can abs failure "

Check if the abs ring is in perfect physical shape. Any damage to the ring will throw abs warnings. Other than do check the abs sensor which monitors the ring, some slight damage to it or the connector cable which connects to it might have taken some physical damage as such.

@@Didium went to ktm and there is no such physical damage but they tested and got a code while resolving the issue. I don't know what they gonna do ahead. They asked me to leave your bike here they will work over that. But I was not ready to leave the bike. Now they told me that first they will gonna checkout harness wiring if any such fault seems to happen they gonna resolve that but it will take time...

You should be able to. Just check if your GPS uses 12v or 5v. If 12v, then you can connect it to ACC 2.1 & 2.2.

There is no significant marking, in the ports for that. You just have to check it with a tester or multimeter, but if you don't have any of that, you can directly fix the accessories to the ports and check for polarity.

@@Didium Thank you! But i just saw black wires in both Acc 1 and 2 and joined the negative to the black one... Its working fine. This was in Svartpilen 250, front ports
