Bro! What happened to Creedside on the north side of new braunfels? Creekside has the latest trendy outdoor mall and bucees. We have a bunch of restaurants like PF changs, long horn steakhouse, the rustic freiheit, the new Lupe's Tortilleria. We got a bunch of bars, drive in moves with the new upcoming Solms Landing development and we are right off the 35hwy.
☝️🤡,, WHO'S TALKING ABOUT IT? ,, 😐.. no one. Not saying it's a bad place to live, it's just not up to all the Hype. As always, do your own independent research, look at the big picture. Home sales are at a 30 to 40 year Low. That means homes sales here are suffering like every place else, possibly much more because of all the huge new unsold inventory. IMPORTANT 🤔 ,, if everything is so great, why are they making a Hype video 🤣
I grew up in NB! Still an amazing place to live, but I refuse to return. For me now, its great to go back and hang for a day or two. Once you've done it all there, you've done it all. The prime time for the town is in the past now. Its crowded all the time and has turned a bit mundane. Too many car washes, pawn shops, and pharmacies. The live music is great, but its the same stuff for the most part. The rivers of course are still everyone's favorite part of living there, but its turned ghetto and rowdy. If I go floating then its in the evening after the crowd has left and parking is free. The downtown scene has also become obnoxious. Cops are having to stop fights or arrest every weekend down there. It is limited, but you are between two major cities when you get bored. NB is great when have a good group of friends too. I think that's what made the town so enjoyable for me during my time there.
You were dead wrong about pricing in Copper Ridge. Average home is NOT in the 700’s. Try million plus unless you find a non custom home and they still run in the upper 800’s and up.
