hi dear Ingrid! its Sheelie, i had to change my email / account so, it's a slightly different name but hope you'll remember me! wow, this is great for ideas what to have with allergies. Its so hard but i finally accepted I will not be able to tolerate nuts, seeds or peanuts =( It really makes me sad but that is life! I think i need to eat like you lol! You definitely have so many healthy fruits and vegetables, and you don't seem to have cravings or hunger. that's always my worry that i'll be craving something and won't be satisfied!
PS - I'm learning that oat milk is great, it's becoming more and more popular. what is your favourite brand to get? it seems like its the most allergy friendly milk! also, can you have Van's gluten free items? Like GF waffles that they make.
