Thanks for this, Alex! Some lovely makes. Also, as an E cup and petite to boot, I can’t tell you how happy I am that I passed on that True Bias dress. I really liked it on other people, and I’ve wanted a French dart dress to try, but I think I would have been so frustrated. It does look very nice on you!
Yup was about to throw in the towel at the last minute and just skip it but I'm glad I got it done, will I make it again... no. I need to do a f all on review on it and I suspect it will be my next video because I haven't seen that many people make it.
You are speaking my language!!!! I have a tank from Seamworks that I have made over & over, once I mastered the fit!!! I love to layer with tanks, as it offers the opportunity to have a crop waist, under a open shirt to hide my very unattractive butt!!!! Tanks can be made from remnants, over & over!!!! Keep up these great vids & thank you so much! I have a similar upper body problem & often need to do smaller bust adjustments.
Oh my goodness, you've been busy! Love all your t-shirt patterns. You're mave skirt looks amazing. And yes, I'm getting my project done this month. I promise 😂 l love that denim jacket as well! Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you for sharing this summer sewing review. Really like the Vogue T shirt you showed. Will add that to my list for scavenger shopping-garage sales and thrift stores. And, of course, you just glowed in the denim jacket you made. Helpful critique of all these patterns. Thankful you have a blog too, since I watched while ironing, and can refer back to specific details. Bravo!
i know exactly what you mean about True Bias and meaty armpits. i had a terrible time getting the ogden cami to fit me--it was so tight across the upper chest but big everywhere else. lovely round-up of things! thanks for sharing.
Glad I'm not alone on that one. Have you tried the Kia Camisole from Sew Love Patterns? It's free til Sept 12th and I didn't have any issues like the issues I've had with the Ogden Cami. Plus it has a bust dart, drafted for a B cup and you can always ditch the center seam if you cut it on the fold. It is the SAME reason why the Zoey tank took me so darn long to fit. That exact same spot.
@@MassonLifestyle I downloaded it but have no plans to make it. i made several ogdens before it finally occurred to me that i'm not that crazy about the strappy cami style on me. so not really looking for more at this moment. i do have the Zoey and want to sew it eventually...but prob not til next summer at this point
I love your videos ,thank you for sharing these patterns.would you mind if I share your videos to social media of China?❤of course I will note:Original video from RU-vidr Masson Lifestyle.
