Mother Earth is influenced by human consciousness, and human consciousness is influenced by the energetic shifts of mother earth. there is no separation, we are her and she is us. As she evolves, so do we and as we evolve, so does she. She is alive and breathing with a cadence just like us, a “heartbeat” if you will. Please be careful with weighted blankets, they can cause back injury. Mine caused a back injury to me that caused bladder and fecal incontinence! Thank God I did a search and figured it out before paralysis or surgery. Others were not so lucky. I think if used for very short periods it might be ok but if your back starts to hurt,quit using it

My eyes have been getting really puffy. Last night i tied a scarf around my eyes & head like an eye mask. I figured a scarf would do. I even tightened the scarf a little more tighter to lesson the pressure of my head. ❤
Would deep tissue massage work too? I usually call in Reiki and ask it to giide the masseuse. This has worked in the past but it's been a while since i had one.

Like ourselves in our numerous life experiences called karma. Since earth is a living being I would think she as karma too? Those who worked on inner peace amid the horror and chaos are the leaders who will help guide us through what is to come. There were, and still are deep lessons to be processed, for those who care to do that work.
