Hey Nathan! Those symptoms you talked about sound an awful lot like caffeine withdrawal. The same thing can happen when you stop eating sugar, like you were guessing. You just have to push through it, and then try to stay away from the stuff. What I recommend: - Get a bottle of one-a-day vitamins and start taking one in the morning. - keep a bottle of water with you at all times, and try to drink as many as you can per day, especially while you’re at work. - at some point, get a blood test to see if you are deficient in anything. As for sleep, there’s no such thing as being “behind“ on sleep. Either you get it, or you don’t. The best thing you can hope for is to try and get as much as possible, and if you’re really having trouble, look into some natural sleep aids.

I’m in Michigan. I got a welder and any tool you could think of you may need. If you need to stop at do some repairs. You are more than welcome. You need to dismantle the cab and clean out any moisture damage/ fix rust ect . The environment is bad for your health. You can fix it up tho

Hey Nate, I also live in Vancouver Wa there's a guy I know who's about to junk his Class A motorhome . Its a 1980s Holiday Rambler with all aluminum construction, and as a Aluma-Lite owner I can attest to how well built they are. If you'd like I can try and get you two in touch and see if we can get you into another RV while you finish patches.

Fwiw I went to intermittent fasting where I only eat after around 5pm except for a couple of days a week. You can eat a bit more carbs and still get the benefit of ketosis. Wishing you the very best Nathan ❤❤❤❤

I’m so sorry for your pain. I understand that “hopelessness” is the absolutely worst feeling possible. No way out. Total despair. But I also know that “it’s darkest right before the dawn”. Hopefully the oil filter housing / cooler is just a bad O ‘ring or gasket. I know pain , I live with it daily . Neck is bad , shoulders , lower back and hips.. the weather doesn’t help either.. with arthritis. Hope your day is going well for you , and pain levels have dropped to a manageable level . Oh , might make for a good new channel, dream stories !

My dentist has a 4 pill treatment he prescribes we do after he pulls a tooth or root canal it is 2 Advil + 2 Tylenol. He clains it has MORE pain killing effect than just 2 of either. I have tried it and I think he is right. He says it turbocharges the pain killing power of both brands. !

Hey Nate. Been watching for years now. You are a very intelligent young man, so capable, creative, got so much good stuff ahead of you. My suggestion; if you haven't already done so, schedule a COMPLETE, TOTAL physical exam with your medical doctor. Not just a P.A., but an actual doctor. Get all your blood work/tests done, get it all done. Your doc very well might have some good suggestions and recommendations for you to start feeling great again. I'm in my 70's, and have a complete physical exam every year.....so far (knock on wood) I'm feeling great and even though things are not the best for our country at this time, I still have high hopes for the future and look forward to tomorrow and every day after.
