Kudos Krishna Rao u are taking some pain to explain with examples but most of these buyers who visit the sales office are gullible and dont understand the nuances of what u r saying . If u pick up the statistics, u will find that despite all warnings the buyers willingly put their head on the chopping block saying i am ñot a fool and i know what to do then make a blunder in the sales office. Otherwise there wont be big resonse or footfall in the builders sales office which even now it is. Once duped or caught unawares they will approach you .😅😊❤
estate "consultant" is itself a misnomer....... they are just simple brokers Also if a broker has a direct party who is going to give him brokerage, he will promote that property versus a side by side deal OR a one plus deal. So that property which gives the broker the maximum brokerage gets promoted and they have no reason to call themselves consultants. LETS CALL A SPADE A SPADE...

Hello sir मैने आपके लगबग सारे व्हिडिओ ओर शॉर्ट्स देख लिये हैं. Club Mahindra का एक मेंबर हमारे पास 2019 मैं आया था. जैसे की ये लोग बहोत ही convince करते है , मेरे husband ने इनकी membership ली.actully मैं इसके खिलाफ थी , लेकीन उसने मेरे हजबंड को convince किया ओर 98000 को चुना लगा दिया. Corona की वजह से हमने इन से सर्व्हिस लीया नहीं. बाद में call करके परेशान किया था.membership कॅन्सल हो गयी तबसे आज तक refund किया नहीं ऊपर से पैसे मांग रहे हैं. Terms and conditions बोलके बात टाल रहे हैं. Pls आप गाईड कर सकते हैं. ? बहोत परेशान हो गये है. समझ नहीं आ रहा क्या करे.
