Thank you so much for this. I am dealing with this now and was extremely sad and scared. I watched your first video and it was sooooo positive which is what I needed! Your video changed my mindset can’t thank you enough.
My dr said it is very thin layer of subchorionic hematoma left. My vaginal discharge change from brown to black now gray discharge? Is this happen when hematoma resolves? Is it normal to have gray discharge?
Hi Sara! I'm so sorry you are going through this- I was just diagnosed with another SCH in my current pregnancy and I know the feelings of uncertainty well. Sending my love and prayers to you and baby!
I'm 11 weeks now and the baby is so active. Heartbeat us at 165. The doctor says everything is good and I can see him once a month instead of every other week. My sch is more isolated toward the cervical now and hasn't grown any. It's about a third of the sak instead of over half of the sak.
I know this video is older, but I am dealing with this now and your videos are very helpful. How much of your placenta was affected or tore off? My hematoma be front of close to 50% which is really scary….
I'm so sorry you are going through this. My SCH was the biggest my provider had ever seen, but she was hesitant in giving me an approximate size. Sending love and prayers to you!!
I am so glad to find out your video! I was 5.5 weeks when I started to bleed and it’s been 1 week now and I had 3 heavy bleeding, but there is still some bleeding. I am resting full day with minimal activities and no walking, feel whenever I walk it bleeds more, I am yet to repeat the ultrasound but my doc has not given any supplements. I will try to include the ALA rich diets as suggested..Thanks much!

Hi, I’m currently going through the same, I watched your first video and it was very inspiring and helpful, I just bought all the ingredients to make my ALA drink, but I have a question, I have a two year old , it’s impossible for me to be in bed rest all day, we’re you able to cook and take care of you baby while you were in bed rest or you had help ?
Ah I remember the struggle of trying to take care of my toddler. We definitely made it work- she learned to be a great helper and she knew I couldn't carry her and I had to get down on her level to sit down when she wanted me to hold her. You are amazing mama and remember to take it just one day at a time----you got this!
Hi! I drank the ALA smoothie consistently every night for about 3 months- but since it was such a good healthy snack- I also drank it about 2-4 times a week throughout the remainder of my pregnancy as well.
Hello I have big and heavy breasts, stomach cramps every day and back pains, vomiting after eating in the morning, light headache ,eat a lot drink water a lot ,and peeing every hour since April still now but I see my period every month
Advocate for yourself and refuse termination. Don’t let them bully you. If the baby doesn’t make it, you can at least be at peace knowing you gave it every chance.
Wish I had seen this earlier! I saw my Dr today (7weeks) after some light brown discharge and she confirmed the SH. recieved a progesterone shot immediately, and I'll be taking the tabs 3x a day for 2 weeks, then 2x a day for a week. Hopefully it'll clear itself by then!
