My advice and steps to heal your SUBCHORIONIC HEMATOMA | In this video, I share my experience of being diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma in my current pregnancy. I will first share my personal journey of how I found out, to what I did to help or increase my chances of having the hematoma resolved, and what I would advise other moms that are currently experiencing a subchorionic hematoma that I wish I would have realized or learned when I first diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma.

I am 15.5 weeks pregnant Thank God! Very excited. 3 weeks ago was rushed to the emergency room with exactly what happened to you! I felt like I had wet my clothes and sure enough blood, enough to mess up my clothes. I’m now on complete bed rest with my second round of bleeding. I haven’t been diagnosed with SH yet but the doctors keep telling me it’s possible. Thank The Lord my baby was good today on the ultrasound! 🙏 thank you for this video. It’s my first pregnancy and so every time there’s blood I’m afraid I’m losing my little girl. God bless you! Thank you for sharing!! I needed this

But now the baby is playing gymnastics in the tummy while mama is in her second trimester! Let's all keep positive! Edit: We lost him. But it wasn't due to this! Another complication was there that wasn't caught in time. May he rest in peace.

My subchorionic hematoma didn’t resolve until my 28 week ultrasound. I bled everyday from 14 weeks to 18 weeks and then sporadically after that until I delivered. I looked for videos like this when I was pregnant to calm my nerves but they just didn’t exist. We made it to 39 weeks and my son turned one in September! Thank you for sharing your story. I had two subchorionic hematomas from 5 weeks until about 16 weeks. I carried my baby to 40 weeks 1 day and now have a very healthy baby! ❤ it’s so stressful but there is hope!

Kelcie Clements yes mine resolved over time thankfully. Took maybe 6 weeks before it fully resolved. All during that time I still had some breakthrough bleeding.

I’m about to cry writing this. I was literally bleeding from my hematoma earlier today and thinking, I just can’t have hope anymore anytime I start getting hopeful that my baby will be okay I bleed again. I’ve prayed and cried so much and I’m only 12 weeks. I think God put me on a path to watching this video. I have to say I’m still hesitant, but a little bit of my hope has been restored. Thank you!

The Fife Life Update: I’m 20 weeks halfway through! God is so good! Had to take some time off work to focus on healing and resting, but the hemorrhage is gone. I am 6 weeks pregnant with my first and just got home from the ER. I have been spotting on and off for about 10 days and after a heavier bleed today I was terrified of a potential ectopic or miscarriage. At the ER they found my baby's heartbeat and diagnosed a small SCH. Honestly I feel very hopeful because I am 22 years old, healthy, and have the ability to rest as much as I need. Hi, I had minimal subchronic hemorrhage in my first scan and in my next scan after one week there is no evidence of subchronic hemorrhage but my bleeding is not stopped yet. What could be the reason?

Thanks for sharing this. I had a subchorionic hematoma at 8 weeks which resolved at 10. I'm now 13 weeks and bleeding again my doctor thinks it may be another hematoma having an ultrasound tomorrow 🙏 Never expected pregnancy to be this hard. Praying for this baby all the mommas❤️

I found your video through a google search and I’m so glad I clicked on it. I’m 8weeks gone with SCH and I’m such a nervous wreck right now - coupled with my morning sicknesses. For someone who’s very quick to break down, surprisingly, I’ve not cried all through this episode. I’ve been researching more on it. I literally just left the hospital because I saw spotting and found out that I have this. And discovered I'm pregnant with twins 😭 The doctor told me there's a 50/50 chance and good luck... immediate panic and overthinking happened but videos like these really help so thank you and god bless your family

This video gave a me a lot of hope too. My doctor told me sure was 90% sure that I would miscarry, I was 6 weeks when my hematoma busted. I’m almost 16 weeks now and am no longer considered a high risk pregnancy. My mom is good friends with a OB, has been one for 27 years. He told me that if he sees a hematoma on an ultra sound, if they haven’t had any bleeding he won’t even tell them that they have one. Because more than not the baby is okay. That he doesn’t want to add unnecessary stress to the mother. I have a lot of faith that your babies will be okay too. ❤️

I am so glad to have seen this video and it brought me reassurance to see many people are experiencing the same thing ! I am currently 6 weeks 4days and found out I have SCH. I had a small episode of bleeding for about a hour now it’s all just brown discharge really, so bleeding for me only lasted about 2 days. I truly appreciate your help with this video. I am currently 7.5 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding for a little 2weeks straight. I've been to the ER 4 times since finding out I'm expecting and was told I have a SCH... It's crazy how many women are actually going through this and how little subchorionic hemorrhage is mentioned. My bleeding lines up with my period so I thought I was having my period when having a period is not possible with pregancy... So glad so much information is available these days. My first bleed happened at 6 weeks and I thought I was having a miscarriage aswell... I was sifting through clots in the toilet trying to find what I thought should be a blue berry sized yolksack...I thought I may have flushed my baby down the toilet... The crazy emotional rollercoaster you're on when you want something so badly but know so little and thinking the worst...holy crap 😳 I am thankful for this experience because it has given me more empathy on what women go through and especially young mothers💓 Hang in there if you're struggling...reach out for support and supportive information. I've kinda practiced to just let go and let God. We want so much to be in control of things and when we are not...panic sets in. I try to find my peace and center and if it will be it will be. When I had that first bleed I pretty much already mourned it as a loss....it can only get better from that point on and yes if it is lost then I am greatful that I even was blessed to get that far....

Diagnosed with SCH last week on my 8w ultrasound, had spotting this morning at 9w3 days. I’m gonna pray that it’s the SCH and not the start of another MC! Thank you for your video. I am 5.5 weeks pregnant with bleeding that started when we first found out. My HCG levels were doubling since I last had bloodwork. A friend mentioned the hematoma being a possibility. My ultrasound is today and this video brought some comfort. God has been so good with giving comfort and hope during this time. Thank you again!

Thank you for this ! I'm currently 14 wks I dont have any bleeding that's visible but I do in my ultrasound. I'm very scared this is my first time getting this I have 2 boys and this one is my girl . I'm praying we both hang in there and carry to full term . I will definitely take notes on what your saying . Currently on bedrest as well rooting for a positive outcome. I am so happy and grateful I found this video as today is my second day of bleeding and I was so scared and nervous about the chances of having a miscarriage but your video hit everything I am going through. I am going to trust Gods process and take care of my body and make sure my unborn child gets to make it into this world. I have a 3 yr so I need to make sure I’m not lifting her and other things. Hey! Here it is May 2023 and I'm watching this video! Gave me a lot of hope.. my bleeding started at Week 5 and was worried bc this never happened with my first pregnancy. I have a 2 year old too and I didn't realize how much I pick her up..lol we are making the adjustments...can't wait to get my blood work back in a couple days and do another sono..I will be adding a smoothie to the diet and drinking pom juice! Thank you so much..I had a horrible episode yesterday and was passing huge clots. I was terrified that our baby would no longer grow. However, the doctor said that the baby is growing healthy and in all the ultrasounds he/she was kicking swimming around and living their best life. We had a miscarriage Dec2020 and it really broke me down mentally for a while and now we are 12weeks pregnant and I am Diagnosed with having a SCH and I’m so nervous. You just reminded me that God has not giving us a spirit of fear but love, power, and a sound mind. Thank you for your encouraging words you don’t know how much this has really blessed me.

I appreciate this video so much I woke up to bleeding and a blood clot this morning with little pain on the left side and I’m 17 weeks with twins I was so scared went to the dr and had an ultrasound and I found out I had a small one! Just glad my babies are okay!

Thank you soooo much for this video! I was also diagnosed with a large subchorionic hematoma after a heavy bleed at 8 weeks. The doctors at the IVF clinic said there was nothing I could do but sit and wait to see if baby would make it to 10 weeks. Feeling helpless, and trying to do as much research as I could in such a short amount of time, I found your video. I changed my diet, used the vitamins & supplements you said worked for you. I am happy to say that at 11 weeks, the large hematoma had completely resolved itself and we went on to have a healthy baby boy🙏🏻 I am forever grateful for your advice and sharing your story. This is great, thank you! I was having sharp pain/ cramping on my left side with spotting. I thought for sure I was having a miscarriage-as I’ve had one before. I want to the emergency room and prepared for the news.. turns out, it was this! We’ve had 2 miscarriages this past year ( though I was totally asymptomatic they occurred ) of course began crying that it was happening again. I'm currently pregnant with my second. I just had an ultrasound today and just looked at the results and sure enough SCH.... I need prayers I feel defeated through this. I knew since the beginning of my pregnancy that something was wrong. I just had a mama bear instinct. My husband isn't supportive with me wanting to take it easy with this diagnosis. We homestead and I'm a stay at home mom with an almost 1 year old. This is just so tough. Please pray for me ladies 🤍

Hi Cheyenne, I remember the struggle of trying to take care of my toddler. We definitely made it work- she learned to be a great helper and she knew I couldn't carry her and I had to get down on her level to sit down when she wanted me to hold her. You are amazing mama and remember to take it just one day at a time----you got this!

I found out at 9 weeks that I had one (no bleeding) now I’m 11 weeks and am experiencing light bleeding but no clotting, I do have small cramps here and there. I’m hoping for the best as I’m terrified of this possibly ending in a miscarriage. This video did reassure me so so much!

I was diagnosed with SCH with my last preg never heard of it at all . So then I’m preg now just found out and I’m praying I do t have to go theu this again bc I had to be on bed rest . I now have a 4.5 year old a single mom idk what I’ll do . But for u remain calm and just rest . That’s all u can do really . I remember praying to God to just keep my daughter ok , she is beautiful btw AMD perfect. She was born full term too . It was good . So will Urs :) stay strong and tell ur man to please have patience bc he will need to HELP out 100 with lifting and even carrying a heavy bag of groceries is a No no :(

I love that you are sharing your journey with this. Mine was also gone before baby was born, I bled mine out in huge clots about the size of my hand at 16weeks and was no longer visible the next day. The biggest mine got was 6.5cm didn’t tell me anymore about the size. Like you are saying to anyone going through this HAVE HOPE!! I gave up hope and couldn’t stop crying but my beautiful baby boy is now 15months old! 💕 I’m sorry you had to go through this it’s something no mother should have to go through and worry about.

My partner is currently 17 weeks pregnant with our 2nd baby. Exactly a week ago she had massive bleeds and was taken into hospital. A scan confirmed little one is at least still alive but the SCH was a massive 10x10x3.5. - 350 ml. She is still bleeding, but has decided to take Progesterone. She is eating well as she can but we are both completely terrified. We are older parents, I'm 45 and she's 40. The hospital really didn't fill us with any confidence, and essentially told us that miscarriage was the probability. This video really has given us hope, we will keep fighting. So many mixed messages, do you have bed rest, continue on as normal, 4 doctors each said different things. My partner is terrified to stand and go to the bathroom or take a shower... Thanks for this, I will show her to give her strength.

Hi Dale, I am so sorry you are going through this- I remember what a roller coaster of feelings going through a SCH experience brings. I'm so happy to hear this video brought you comfort and hope. Yes, every doctor has a different approach to SCH- which can be even more confusing. My advice is to listen to your body, no vigorous exercise, and ALA supplements also helped me. I am 6 weeks and experienced this a few days ago and you were correct to turn to God at that moment! I PRAYED AND BEGGED God for mercy on me and my baby and thankfully we saw our seedling still doing well on ultrasound. I will continue to pray that we be safe!

Thank you so much for this video! I’m pregnant with my first baby and we just found out I have a hematoma in my first trimester. I’m considered a geriatric mom but I’m believing God for a healthy happy baby. Thank you for the hope and encouragement!

Hi, I have a question for you. The prenatal usually already have magnesium in them, my prenatal have 500 mg. Werr you taking additional magnesium on top of what's already in your prenatal, and also were you taking the recommended dose on the bottle, which would be an additional 400 mg a day? In my case that would make it 900 mg of magnesium a day.
