Why would Coby be Garp and not Smoker? Only Luffy and Smokers relationship is similar to Rogers and Garps; Luffy and Coby have a totally different dynamic.
I want a full movie on God Valley or of anything from One Piece’s past time. I want to see just how badass all the older generation One Piece characters were in their prime. It’d be awesome to see.
@himura kenshin True. Luffy is definitely going to be way more powerful than Roger was, given that he’s only 19 and will probably discover the One Piece in the next year (In One Piece Time, not in actual reality), but I just think it would be cool to see all the OG’s go head up against each other in a full on battle.
Plot twist: God valley is actually Sniper island and Sogeking is the last survivor of it ,that's why Kuma Didnt send usopp to the Sniper Island to train with sogeking cause The Island Disappeared a long time ago Wow didnt expect this to get 800+ likes ,thank youu
Plot twist: shanks is a celestial dragon that roger saved from god valley after the God valley incident when he was a baby, I don’t want to use a reference from the Oden flashback because I don’t want to spoil anime only, but some of you guys will know what I mean by what I’m saying.
This is a wild idea of mine: how if god valley was moved by rock d xebec himself and he's the previous user of kaido's uo uo no mi? Big mom recovered the fruit after he died and gave it to kaido
But moved from where to where, because he obviously moved it before the battle if he moved it at all It also raises the question about what the world novels were doing there
@NAMELESS INTERNET ADDICT man just think the one piece world is big light and electrician can pass huge distances in a short time regular flying with a wings or something would take to much time as well stamina
Have we considered that Xebec was the former user of the dark-dark fruit and may have sucked the island into the darkness? It could be part of why blackbeard so desperately wanted that fruit if it allowed you to access things previously sucked up by the fruit
@@deanvikram I can't remember marineford but, did black beard actually show off dark dark fruit abilities to white beard ? I thought he used them after white beard died
🤔🤔🤔 I always figured that Xebec had the same *darkness fruit* as Black Beard and it was probably awakened, when he lost to Garp and Roger *it all sank into his darkness* the same way BB devastated that town on *Banaro Island* where he fought Ace. To me its the most logical answer given all that we know so far, not anything Oda hasnt revealed so i could be wrong.
This is a far reach, but in Egypt the god valley is the burial site of all nobles and Pharaoh's (those not in the pyramids) and had always been a great place of wealth that made them the target of pirates/looters. Maybe the celestial dragons used to be buried there?
that was my first thought too; the irony of an island called God Valley where the Devil Fruits originate from. Perhaps it's all metaphor, the fact the land has god-like soil that grows amazing food, but also contains the devil fruits which also curse you unable to swim. Perhaps we'll find out there are God Fruits? Ones that are more powerful than their Devil Fruit counterparts but with no curse attached?
@@maddwolfbr1311 she deserved it, I'm not a fan of Big Mom, but I hate Mother Carmel. She's a vile disgusting POS, but she's basically Ghislaine Maxwell in OP. Wonder which celestial dragon is gonna end up being a stand in for Epstein.. *shudders*

The name "God Valley" has always made me think of "Valley of the Kings", the burial place of the pharoahs of Egypt. What if that island is the traditional burial place of the World Nobles, laid in rich tombs full of treasure, possibly with histories carved on the walls -- much like we saw on the moon in the Enel cover stories? What if the Nobles and slaves that Garp and Roger defended were already dead? And since the land of Alabasta is based on Egypt, what if God Valley is the actual location of the ancient weapon Pluton? That would be a reason to Garp and Roger to join together to "defend" the World Nobles and keep the secret of Pluton out of Rocks' hands. God Valley being a OP version of "Valley of the Kings" might also link to why the Alabasta royals refused to become World Nobles and live in Marie Geoise and why Im chose Vivi as the light to be extinguished.
I was about to comment that God Valley has the location of a weapon but I really like this idea. I don't think its Pluton though and maybe instead its the currently unkown weapon Uranus since currently both the Navy and Blackbeard are after something in Alabasta. Or maybe Alabasta has they key to start the weapon on god valley.
@@harshpandey1425 But even island is kinda loose term in One Piece world. Sabaody was made of trees, Thriller bark was floating ship/island, Zou is elephant. Sengoku called it island but what do we know? Could have been fallen piece of sky island that they used as place of worship like Skypians worshipped pieces of earth.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there at least one instance in the series of a World Noble traveling somewhere outside of Mariejoa for reasons other than getting slaves? The world noble who came to the Goa Kingdom and "killed" Sabo.
Honestly can't remember what he came there for since it's been so long. But it is indeed rare for a celestial dragon to journey to human world in search of something other than slaves and trinkets

Exactly what I thought watching this video.they indeed were traveling to Goa kingdom one did shot sabo Another one in one piece gold movie when some were staying there
The World Noble you're referring to was going to inspect the Kingdom which led to the whole plot of the nobles burning the slum town at the edge of the city where Sabo/Ace/ and Luffy hung out, in order not have poor people and look more rich. The reason why he was visiting has never been said in the series itself.

@@marchosten9225 Why would the WG let the whole world know of the incident where Roger, their natural enemy (D's) had helped them took down the Rocks pirates? lol. To prevent this information from getting out to the public, obviously they would erase its existence by removing it from the map. And someone might asked, 'well what about Garp? If the D's are their natural enemies, why did they allow Garp, a D, to be a hero?'. It's pretty simple. They will allow the D's to be given credits if they are willing to betray their own people of the D's for the sake of World Government. Roger is not working for the World Government and is against them while Garp is not. That's just how it is. In a way this would be considered as a betrayal against his own people but to the WG, this is a huge win. You either destroy your enemies or have them work for you as a puppet/slave. So this is why the WG remove that island from the map as they did with Ancient Kingdom. If news broke out, the people would have said, "If Roger is a criminal then why did the World Government made him a hero? Is this not corruption???"
It is rumoured that whitebeard didn't become the strongest man alive due to the gura gura nomi. But, it was the subscribe button that he found in xebecs secret stash. And that is also why the world govt. wanted to erase god valley because, the whole island was full of them. But getting back to being serious, in the events related to the latest episode, my interest was stoked about odens bounty because he was clearly very much acknowledged by many marines and the world govt. should've issued a bounty. I would give him a strong 550 million berries or somewhere there since he was offered the second division commander position. What do you think GLR?
So what I'm hearing is you think we should overthrow the government? Thy will be done Captain. How is Tuesday for everyone? We have a day off in Australia.
If you look at the letters of god valley @9:10 there’s a line on the g v and e. My first guess is good vs evil? So since the navy and pirates teamed up they didn’t like that and wanted to erase it so they could stay divided and distracted. Also spells old lady hmm maybe Imu?
Honestly, I just think it’s been blown to pieces due to the destruction brought about by the fighting that took place there. Look what whitebeard did to Marineford. Now imagine him younger, big mom, kaido, roger, rocks and Garp all fighting on this small island haha.
I think the god valley will be the place of the lurking legend, and laugh tale is there last island where they find the one piece and become king-of the pirates.
So I regularly watch your vids but I haven’t subscribed yet, but with the subscribe bits you have in the beginning are getting more and more compelling, I look forward to the one that convinces me to
Considering her age and it mentioned that she was an active pirate chased by Garp himself around this time, I'm curious as to if we will eventually learn what possible connection Shakky had to the Rocks pirates. Perhaps she first came into contact with Rayleigh around this time?
My gut feeling about God Valley is that it's an island that periodically sinks into the sea and rises again, and either is or used to be the location of the mysterious 4th poneglyph. Roger went there after learning about the poneglyphs, and Rocks went there on his quest to become the new king of the world? The idea just makes sense to me.
I feel that God Valley is the island where the Ancient Kingdom originally resided. After being defeated by the 20 kingdoms (soon to become the World Government), the first celestial dragons couldn't destroy everything on it (due to the same reasons why poneglyphs cannot be destroyed or something), and thus renamed it and took it as their own to ensure nobody comes to sniff around. After being found by Rocks, the WG erased the island from all maps and history, but the island itself is still there with the secrets of the Ancient Kingdom, under the protection of the WG. It would serve as a great location for the final war.
@GrandlineReview we also see World Nobles visit the "Normal World" from Time to Time, so did one with the Goa Kingdom, where Sabo got shot. Or with Miosgard traveling to Fishman Island to get his "fishmen-collection" back
On a dark foggy day a powerful mysterious group of pirates came from the gates of hell to carry out acts of terror against humanity, however thanks to Roger's mustache the whole world was saved on that day
Its funny to me how some people on FaceBook literally present these theories as if they came up with them...lol. Love these videos, they get me through work on a daily basis. Thank you Liam! keep up the good work!!
We can see that garp was fighting the rocks pirate alongside many navy officers on the god valley in the flashback So it is quite possible that the 5 elders killed all those navy officers(except) to suppress the events of god valley
Its possible that Onigashima is God Valley because in the manga when Marco arrived with Nekomamushi to join he raid, he said that "so they called it onigashima now" or somethiing in that sense but it may very well be another significant island in the wano country that has a deep significance with the Kozouki Clan
Btw did you all remember that buggy once have a treasure map that he accidentally dropped in the ocean...i guess that's the map to the god valley... Oda nowadays gives us with a lot of hints and clues about that place even on the very beginning of this one piece series LOL

Here are my running theories: Teech is the son of Xebec. Tom built Pluton for Roger without Roger's knowing and Franky has done the same. There is are more Ancient Weapons (and Sea Kings are one of them, thus the name Neptunians) God Valley is where Captain John's treasure is located
Just a thought i had was that godvalley was the home of the celestial dragons befor their current home. It was defended by marines but rocks brushed them aside to attack directly. After the attack they moved to a more secure location. Probably wrong but my first thoughts
Ok, so I think that rox D xebec and crew went after world nobles because rox learned of some things about the void century but not the full story. Like a puzzle with huge missing portions. So anyways, the rest of his crew did not know these things but rox knew and he took his legendary crew to the fabled phantom island god valley. It was there that garp stood his ground against the rox pirates with marines and whoever else backing him up at the time. Perhaps Gol D Roger shows up just in time to turn the tide of battle. As for how he learns of this and why he decides to help I’m at a loss for creativity lol but we know he was there and that he helped garp. So basically rox learned about the D clan and how the world nobles, the celestial dragons are the descendants of the “world government pirate crew from the void century” (I call them world government pirates because that’s who their descendants are now. Except they call themselves marines and hide behind a false justice system) So this pirate crew from the void century contested with joy boy and fought for the ancient weapons and a lot of things happened back then that was considered to be absolutely unbelievable and wild. That’s why any stories of it written, would make anyone die of laughter because it’s so silly and unbelievable. And yet there will be proof it happened on laugh tale. So back to the rox pirates, they declared war against the nobles at god valley, (ancestral home but it’s also a living creature like zou, and personally I think it’s a massive scary turtle that seems to thrive by floating at the surface of the ocean. But it’s so huge it’s got mountains on its back. Perhaps maybe by design from ancient weapons?) They declared war on the nobles because of what they did in the void century. I’m guessing it was 2 centuries worth of some scary things. That’s why it’s the “void century” because the world government absolutely does not want ANYONE to find out about their dirty secrets that their ancestors committed back then..... and captain rox knows it involves the D clan. But I’m also guessing it had to be a very young prime roger that showed up to help garp.(38 years ago) he would never have known about anything regarding the void century. He was just there to help because he had a heart similar to luffy and without context he viewed the rox pirates as enemies who are attacking nobles who did “nothing wrong”. He thought saving and protecting the nobles was an honourable thing. That’s why it hurts all the more that he was wanted for so much dead or alive(5.5 billion?) because he was digging for truths with his pure rock solid ambition. And after learning the truth of the world he laughed because it reminded him of god valley incident all those years ago. In fact it reminded him of his adventures and journeys across the world and the wacky things he encountered. Nothing was impossible. And he forgave the nobles. Even up to his execution he knew the nobles and their true identities.... and he also pitied them because after learning the truth, he knew why they wanted to live only specifically at Marie jois on the red line. He knew they were scared of the D clan and they know that one day, what was said by joy boy, during the void century would come true, but across the spans of time they aren’t nearly as scared as their previous generations. But all the same they knew what the D means. The giant turtle carrying the nobles ancestral home (god valley) disappears with no intention of returning to the surface for a long while. The nobles relocated to the redline and have stayed there since the god valley incident. After seeing what rox was capable of and seeing garp and roger in action, ..... it must have awoken that deep primordial fear that their ancestors knew from joy boy. From then on they would deem traveling the ocean to be a huge “taboo” and very rarely go about their business in the ocean but with the power of the world government to back them and hold their frail hands. I’m so sorry for the long read. I know it’s a lot! But I appreciate you making it this far!!! It’s just some of my personal ideas and thoughts on the matter. Pure speculation from a fan and I’m not claiming all this to Be true but it’s mostly meant to be fun. I love predicting the story and background things that we don’t get to know about till much later! Thanks for reading! That’s all folks!
Theory-god valley was sent up to the air with a knock up stream and the straw hats will return back to the sky islands to battle black beard on god valley
Can't help but think the silhouette of Rock D. Xebec looks mighty similar to Im. And didn't they both have the same objective; to be the king of the world?
Theory: God Valley was made by Captain Rocks with Fujitoras gravity fruit or Pica’s stone fruit or something like those. When he died or was defeated, nature returned the island back down under the sea.
OP manga: *shows island only once along with its name reveal with barely any additional information* GrandLineReview: "I can make a 10+ minute video about that!" Do flamingo was there at that time at God valley. Atleast his parents were and that's why they came down to live among commoners. After seeing the fight, Do flamingo had some form of animosity towards the D.
So I just watched the episode (i read the manga AND watch the anime) and a random thought struck me. What if; God valley is pluton? Pluton is a ship so it would make sense why the "island" just disappeared. It would also answer why the "island" had significance to not only the ROCKS pirates but also the world nobles. What do you think?
Using the idea of "Will of D." And how one piece is thematic with repeating history. What if Coby (or sabo, unsure which would be more likely) and luffy teamed up to fight against the blackbeard pirates. Another fight of the D's, and coby.
