Just to let you know if you need to show Jeremy an example of a deus ex machina (at least I'm pretty sure it is) watch the last little bit of Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. Based on a clip used in the Kong Island video, Jeremy's probably not going to get in because directors don't really like asinine criticism. Some just don't like criticism at all. As the director of Kong Island put it, have actual complaints if you're going to come at someone. As Birdman shows, all EWW shows is that he doesn't really know what he's talking about most of the time. No one is going to trust a writer that can't keep track of what's happening on the screen.

If Cinemasins from after 2015 did Spider-Man 2 now, it would probably be at least double the length of their actual video and have sins like: Peter: Why didn’t you send Salim? Jeremy: “Why didn’t you send Salim” cliche Aziz: Salim got deported yesterday Jeremy: “Salim got deported yesterday” ex machina. Then they’d ask a 45 second question about why Phil Lamarr is in the train scene.

I'm really digging that "Rocked Out" version of the 90's X Men theme. A while back I had a copy that was only identified as "electronic." Unfortunately the USB key hold it along with 250 other song go infected with malware so I had to purge the whole key and restart my music collection. Another thing I like to do is watch The Live-Action montages mixed with the theme songs of the cartoon. 90's X Men, Spider-Man and Avengers are my favorites. There's nothing cooler than seeing Robert Downy suiting up to the song "Fight As One" from the Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes Cartoon. Honestly give it looksey, it's really cool. Plus the theme already is dope as fuck. "love-action avengers - Fight as One music video"

Honestly, I'm of the opinion that the scarlet witch series will have Wanda (who has reality warping powers in the comics) will suffer a mental breakdown from the loss of vision and do the reverse of the house of M storyline, instead of depowering mutants, she'll create them. Unfortunately it looks like Fox is going the route of "Phoenix is a split personality formed because of Jean's inability to reconcile her tremendous power with her psyche" and not the Phoenix Force route that the comics went. This way they can avoid the epic Phoenix Saga and just focus on the Dark Phoenix Saga because "Its darker and that means more realistic"...

the fact that jeremy sinned a school for being a school pissed me off so much. Those kids are not heroes in training, they are not x-men, they are kids who happen to be mutants. Normal schools could not provide with an appropriate environment to get a proper education, because of racism, fear and because maybe some have powers who need safety meassures that can only be provided in a school for mutants. The entire point of that school is TO BE A SCHOOL. An institution of education. "training how to fight evil" is what the adult x-men members do. The kids are not supposed to fight....I know you pointed that out but I wanted to rant...also gonna leave this comment on the cinemasins video

I will point out that the X-Men are analogous to minorities and movements of acceptance. The entire point of Mutants is that they are seeking to be accepted. Mystique and her lover Destiny can both be representations of the sexual revolution and the second wave of feminism, which, you guessed it, covered the freedom of female sexuality among other things. (I’m oversimplifying but I only wished to bring up enough to show my point. Please don’t crucify me comment section.)

Actually I didn't miss it (and he did it twice by the way lol)-- I intentionally ignored it. This video is a bit more "serious", as I performed it in the style of my original videos-- flat rebuttal. I could have done the "Wait, what was that?" gag, but I decided against it, as I didn't think it'd match the overall tone I was going for. Glad you caught it though!
