Dave is a '90s political comedy starring Kevin Kline and you know what? Still holds up. But we have a job to do so we counted the sins.
next week: superhero sins & animal sins.
Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

I’ve been waiting for this one. Missed opportunity for “We have the meats!” for the kitchen scene, but overall very good and long overdue on the new cliche that’s so long I’d rather write this sentence describing it than rewatch this video to remember the exact wording. Also too bad that the greatness of Camden Yards cannot be matched by the team that plays there. Also also, umm… I just wanted to say also also. Have a nice day.

If I remember correctly, Dave was already well known to be a president impersonator for comical/satirical sketches during innaugurations, local theaters shows and stuff like that. Kind of a second job of him? Or just a thing he liked to do in the free time? It's been a while honestly...Anyway, he was weel known for looking very alike the president. You keep joking about President's having to be elected but we have actually had a President who was never elected. Nixon's VP was brought up on a scandal and resigned to which Nixon nominated Ford with out being elected to VP or President later became President when Nixon resigned himself. This left Ford becoming President without election and his VP who didn't come around til 5 months later also by appointment of Ford being the only top two people in the legislative branch to never have been elected themselves. Unlike other VPs who became President after the President died they were on the ticket as VP when the President was elected. So the answer is yes there has been an unelected President and VP serving at the same time. At least in this movie the VP had been elected to VP before becoming President.
