Did you also notice the number *8* on the clock which is somehow being highlightened if you look at it closely? Easter egg! She might be releasing something new any day around the month of August which is the 8th month. 3:45 -- Stars on her cardigan. These has been an easter egg since her Lover era. Remember that one blue outfit with white stars on it that she wore for the album cover photoshoot session? How about those shiny colorful stars on her black themed outfit when she performed on BBC Radio 1 last year? There's also more, other than those examples. 2:02 -- Lines in the song "to kiss in cars and downtown bars was all we needed" *I'm drunk in the back of the car and I cried like a baby coming home from the bar* "you drew stars around my scars but now I'm bleeding" *and if I bleed you'll be the last to know* Going back to the star symbols! ☆☆☆ These lines in the song must be her easter eggs as well.
