I watched your video today to prepare for my upcoming interview, and I must say, it was incredibly helpful! I was thrilled to discover that you have an entire playlist dedicated to Microsoft previews. I’m definitely going to dive into that next. Thank you for providing such valuable content-it’s exactly what I needed!

I finished the whole playlist for MS-102 and I will be taking the exam soon. Leaving this comment to show my appreciation of your effort, as well as boosting "the algorithm". Thanks for the content Peter!
Just finished the full MS-102 series. Excellent content directly mapped to the beta exam with all related MS Learn links given per section/video. Thanks for taking the time to put these out there Peter.
@peterrisingM365 I'm new to Microsoft certifications, and I don't know that I would need a prerequisite certificate for Administrator Expert certified. So I'm planning to take SC-300 in the next few weeks :)
Passed the MS-102 exam today using your videos and the microsoft learn website. Great content!. My next certificate will be the SC-400 - I see you have a playlist for that too.
@peterrisingM365 great stuff for MS 102, however I am not able to find the URLS of MS Leran in video decsription. Are thoe URLS mentioned somewhere else.
Links do tend to change over time sadly. Here is a link to the study guide though - learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/ms-102
Hello Peter, Thank you for sharing all this information. i love the content that you share, it helped me a lot. I started working in a small organization and trying to set up some security features for them. i have a question, they have MS365 E3 license and there are limited capabilities in this license for Microsoft Purview. but i want to see what can i implement first with this license and later maybe suggest to get a compliance add on. right now there is No DLP is there for the organisation. So, what can i do or start for DLP in E3 license. can i apply some basic policies?
@@peterrisingM365 Thanks peter, yeah i did some research and there isnt Endpoint DLP but still can apply rules like PCI-DSS ,PII etc on info going out thru exchange email, sharepoint and Teams too, i think.
How does DLP recognise what is a credit card number, or event a passport number ? Is there some sort of huge database that it can check against, for example a UK passport number starts with xyz etc.....?
There are patterns in place for these for sure. For example, if you try and trick DLP to generate a match by entering made up credit card number, unless you magically hit a sequence used in credit card numbers it will know that it's not a match. This is why when you want to effectively test DLP policies you will need to look for sites that share sample credit card numbers specifically for testing.
@@peterrisingM365 Pretty boring in Bodrum hotel with crazy music... wife can dance 🤣while me better to learn DLP 😁🤩... As my new Shop not having a Sec&Compliance officer (small org of 250) time for me to move up to a higher position in Perview Land 😂...🤔Priva is next on the list of Peter training videos /me thinks 🤩
What types of Licenses are required to be able to Sign up/log into Microsoft Purview to practice these things? I already have a free practice account with Microsoft.
To make the most of all available DLP features, I suggest getting an E5 trial or and Entra ID P2 trial.. Most basic forms of DLP are available with O365 E3 too.
