Hey Dr. Rosen, just wanted to say how helpful your knee videos have been. More shoulder videos please! I've tried everything for my rotator cuff injury and 6 years later. It's no better and the doctors just want to give me pills that don't really help like gabapentin and effexor etc that didn't help and I was just wondering if you could speak to that. What options exist if you don't want to/can't take medicine? Thanks again for all of these videos. You might even get me into guided meditation! 🎉
