Eviction Day: Where are the Tenants from Hell? (Almost live) 

The place wasn't nasty, some apartments have bugs before you get there and they can get worse even when you keep the house clean, this should be an easy move out

she had a plan for sure, probably moved and got a place before this could get on her credit. 🎉

They left everything. They didn't want to take any roaches with them.

I have an apartment and I make sure I pay my rent. I use to be homeless and I make sure that my bills are all paid and even though I have cut out some things. I always say live within your means.

It's apparent from the flies, they have been gone awhile. Not sure how long that's been going on. But from the amount of flies I wouldn't take those mattresses or furniture anywhere I'd burn them.

Except for the roaches, gnat and bugs that place isn't bad looking.

The people who lived here probably moved in and discovered it was infested with bugs. I would have left too.

The landlord should be calling pest control. I moved in to a apt and the first night I turned the light on there here thousands of Roaches I left all the bedding and furniture then went to laundry mart and washed all the clothing before going to my next apt. I should have taken the landlord to court for not disclosing there was bug problem.

Once the stuff gets thrown to the road...those roaches going to be roaming the neighborhood...looking to get into homes...smh

I'm thankful everyday God bless me with this home to live in. Being on the street as a female is brutal. I had zero... The PD and this community helps me I thank God for them they saved my life. I got help slowly transition back to having my own life. I tried to treat everything with respect in my home my apartment. I wanted to show that I am thankful and grateful.

I wouldn’t have paid rent for that roach motel either. I would’ve left everything behind

That's a decent looking house. Too bad about the roaches (fast moving roaches!). Sad they left some nice stuff in there. Going to be hard when they get another place and have to start from scratch with furniture, among other things.

Disgusting!! It looks pretty clean besides bugs etc. it’s really questionable if bug problem was a pre-existing problem before these occupants moved in. I clean homes for a living and this Eviction looks cleaner than move outs that I have done for majority of my clients. Minus the bugs. Some do have them though. By looks of home it is infestation of them.

Imagine the cost you incur from having to buy new stuff every time you make one of these sudden pre-eviction moves. 🏠 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏠

When I’d seen no clothes hanging in the woman closet , I knew she was gone . As for the rest of her furniture including the tv , she didn’t want those things because she knew those things were infested with bugs so why take them , but keep these videos coming “O” great videos of a professional man just doing his job.

I was barely making it whenever I had my apartment but I always managed to make sure my bills were paid before I even thought about buying something that I don’t need. I was so paranoid of being late on rent that I would accidentally pay it twice in one month💀 By the grace of God I was always left with at least 300 hundred bucks to make it for the rest of the month and that was after paying for groceries and utilities. My little brother loved coming to spend the night lol because I would buy pizza or go out to the movies or the fair. Just making sure we had fun every weekend! Even my older brother would come stay the night and he lived right below me lol I miss those days. Now everyone is getting married and having babies😭

I would say burn it down, but asian water bugs survived the nuke dropped on Japan in the 40s. It's gonna be hard to get rid of those bugs, especially after utilities been stagnant.

I moved into a place once and the whole place was infested with bugs i had just bought new furniture too so when the land lord didn't want to exterminate i told him well we finna be in court over my rent and my furniture, the next day he said ill let you out the lease lol it was highly inconvenient but i left the furniture and bounced got a new place that was bug free

I moved into a nice home in the country and found roaches living under my fridge. Nowhere else!! Bimbs dont work! I use powder sugar or reg sugar also I'll take egg yolks or peanut butter and mix it with boric acid. If I cant find any you can use baking soda. I go through to find the eggs. But you want see all of them. So everyday for two months I throw poison and clean and scrub my home!! I haven't seen 1 under my fridge since. To be safe, I did lay poison under my stove and bathroom too. They need shelter, food, and water to survive. So you put it in bathroom, stove, fridge and under kitchen sink. They'll go to it and die 12 hours later by their insides blowing up!!

The question is how much will landlord invest towards fumigation? Had the tenents pursued these issues during their rental? How old is that carpet?

Not 1 person has suggested that maybe the power was off and they left food in the fridge? Maybe that could of caused all the roaches after they moved out? Bc by the looks of the place, it doesn't look like it was that nasty or hoarded etc.

Nasty ass looking door like a mechanic lived there and came home from work with grease all over his hands and went straight to touching doors. 😂 wild. I wipe down the doors in my place every few weeks or when I see anything on it. But ur supposed to open a door by the knob not on the wood with nasty hands. Idk these doors in these videos make my ocd so cra-cra!

Nope. That’s the roaches house. I’ve never seen roaches in my life but they scare me. It’s sad because sometimes it’s the environment and of past or neighboring tenants. You just don’t want to keep feeding them tho.

Ok. They are nasty. Dont put any items or boxes close to your clothes Those bugs might get in your clothes Take off and shake just about all your clothes and shake thise clothes abd put them in a garbage bag Before you put them in your car Bring an extra pair of clean clothes just in case

Oh holy heck..When those roaches scattered my skin crawled....Is a landlord not responsible to fumigate if the place already had an infestation? How can one even cook food with a situation like this? The people's belongings looked very nice( living room furniture)..,it would need thrown out after the bugs make it their home..How sad..

So many people you evict have nasty bugs in their homes. How do you keep from bringing them home, one trick I use is to wrap a small belt around the bottom of each pant leg to keep them out of my pants, same with arms but maybe you found a better way??

I don’t understand how people can live with roaches 🪳 and have kids in that place that’s abuse it’s sickening track those people down and take the kids away they can’t be good parents just look how nasty that place looks.
