Well, they have 1000 scareactors roaming the park, scaring the beejeezus out of everyone, the park is dark and fog filled, kinda scary for kids. Though I have seen some handle it better than adults.
i have a question, i am goin there this saturday for the first time and i have heard that halloween haunt doesnt start till 7:00 but as im watching your video its still day light? is it an all day thing?
well it was really hot when we were waiting to get in but then when we're going to go on the log ride it got dark out side and a little cold and I went before when it was cold and got sick lol so yea..
Early in the Season, which this was, it is just getting dark at 7pm. Plus the people who went to the pre scare buffett are let in at 6:45pm, because I didn't want to use the nightvision camera and get it wet I headed to this first and as fast I could so I would get the last bit of daylight.
I remember there being a taxiderm Moose or Cairbou on the ride, that would be cool if they had it spaz out and talk all weird like in 2 haha. Looks awesome
my only problem with Universal is that there is barely any originality and each room is the same scare. A guy pops out of a door, hits a button, lights and loud noises turn on, and hes 5 feet away from you. The mazes are like 2 minutes long and you wait 2 hours for them. The attention to detail surpasses everyone else. But i dont think its worth it when the employees make you keep going when you want to appreciate all of the hard work designers put into it.
awful, awful theming. so sad that the log ride, which was once a knott's scary farm must, is now the worst. knott's needs to stop doing movie tie-ins. they are never good.
