For the past five years, you’ve been living life to the fullest after having undergone a miraculous treatment for a terminal illness. Despite your curiosity over the procedure that took place, due to you being unconscious at the time, your parents refuse to disclose the measures they took to keep you alive. But on one fateful day, you find yourself being magically transported to the lair of a sorcerer who claims to be responsible for curing you. When they describe their methods, you come to realize that the life you have now may not have been truly yours to begin with.

If this were a book, I'd never be able to put it down. The characters you have here are so vivid, and there are all these hints at more thoughts happening beneath the words you're saying. There's a lot of depth to be explored here, and I'm happy to take the dive.

Oh, this is so deliciously nuanced and interesting! You do a great job as the reluctantly fascinated sorcerer; I can practically hear the manipulation vs. the honest enthrallment he feels when he does something to make his captive feel good. Seriously, this might be my favorite of your series, and Hiruko is a tough one to beat!

It's such a bummer that this does not have a part 2 or a part 3. It's got so much potential. Btw i wish i was as brave as you when i used to be in high school. I had the chance to branch out in becoming an author and never toke it.

Absolutely amazing! I think that I would be plagued by the thought, is he doing this kind thing for me because he wants to? Or is it the shared heart? That doubt would haunt me for the rest of our lives. It’s stories like that which make for profound investment
