I ordered this March 2023 and the left handle had manufacturing defect. (Handle has a surface dent). EV Offer customer service only communicates though telegram and they have been ghosting me the last month. It's spent roughly $1000 on the soft close doors and easy open door handles that I can't install. Will see what happens but customer service is marginal at best and it looks like I may be stuck with a product I can't install.
