In this video, we're going to beat all final bosses in the Wario series without taking damage! Music Greedbuilt by Desert Catz (OC Remix) • Wario Land ReMix by De... | Our 2nd Channel: / @nintendodatabase |
On a real note, Wario is a demon-slaying badass. Sure, his only motive may be greed, but he's literally taking down ancient beings that, if left unchecked, could wreak mass havoc on the world. Besides, the job pays for itself.
@@ThatAnnoyingBirdThat is also Kirby. Kirby eats Godlike beings for Breakfast because he himself..is literally a Godlike being, because he is a resurrection of the God of the Kirbyverse (Void) himself.
God, the animation on the actual virtual boy games look so fluid and detailed! It's a shame they were wasted on a gimmicky console which had neon red as it's only colour.
@@RayOfSunlight984 Wario can't die, so a Game over is literally impossible. The final boss is the only thing that can kill him. The game's difficulty is more about preventing players to reach their goals through obstacles and puzzles rather than killing them.
@@RayOfSunlight984 Make no mistake Wario Land 3 is by no means easy. It's just that Wario is invincible 99.9% of the game, and the game isn't about that.
This is the reason I like Wario over Mario (or even Luigi). He's an adventurer and hero who isn't afraid to show his greedy side. Even when his greed shows to be in the enemy's favor, he'll still fight.
Wow, compared to Mario, Wario fights some unusual and weird bosses, but in their unique way: A Genie A freaky-looking Clown A gem A Demon who looks like a certain "Princess" and more
dont forget that weirdo that changes faces every time you hit them. and if youre not talking about just final bosses there are many more like in wario world a clown that throws its own heads and grows them back
Warioland Shake It/the Shake Dimension is one of the most underrated games i have ever played. Just look at that gorgeous animation! I also remember some pretty great boss fights
Boss list: (From Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3) Genie 0:06 (From Wario's Woods) Wario 2:45 (From Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman!) Mega Bomberman 6:35 (From Virtual Boy Wario Land) Demon Head 7:54 (From Wario Land 2) Captain Syrup 11:27 (From Wario Land 3) Rudy The Clown 13:05 (From Wario Land 4) Golden Diva 15:27 (From Wario World) Black Jewel 18:52 (From Wario: Master Of Disguise) Terror Misu 23:43 (From Wario Land: Shake It!) The Shake King 28:30
Why people hate Warioware: -Actual problems with the game: 0.22% -It moved over the Wario Land series: 99.78% (If you get the reference you deserve a medal)
I tried that boss out myself and IT IS. Wario's Woods is an insanely difficult game overall because it plays so differently from the usual Tetris/Puyo Puyo/Dr. Mario mechanics.
I honestly really wish wario got more light. Everytime I see him I genuinely enjoy it. His 8bit happy face is the best. But my nigga is about his paper as well. He might honestly be my favorite Nintendo character of all time off top right now
yeah, only a god level character is capable of killing Wario in Wario land 3. Any other enemy or hazard is just shrugged off or an inconvienance. If that doesn't keep you away from messing with Wario on a bad day, I don't know what will
I don't know about the others, but Wario Land II has many more Final Bosses than only those two, at least: a web-ghost-witch thing in the haunted mantion, a piraña in the ruins, a giant robot-pirate in Wario's castle, and I think a few others.
It shows at the beginning of each game but here is a quick list Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 Wario's Woods (NES) Wario Blast Wario Land (Virtual Boy) Wario Land 2 Wario Land 3 Wario Land 4 Wario World Wario: Master of Disguise Wario Land: Shake It!
Wario Land, F-Zero, Megaman ZX, and especially Klonoa should all come back and soon. For some reason I can imagine Wario, Captain Falcon, Zero, and Klonoa hanging out.
The Virtual Boy boss scared me to hell and back when I played it. Pretty sure that thing's the last thing you want to see when staring into a 3D headset!
Can relate to that. The first time I battled the final boss I lost and I thought that when you get grabbed Wario is then eaten by the clown. I didn't speak english at the time so I had no clue what was the story about. Moreover this is the only time you can have a Game Over screen in this game...
Wario has always been such a goofy oddball character, that not many really takes his games that seriously. But some of his games are legit masterpieces. Wario Land 4 especially has to be one of the best 2D platformers ever made. That game was a jewel on my GBA.
I was disapointed by shake dimension. It bored me most of the time because it was so easy. (Bosses were great though) What about 100% is challenging? Is it worth giving it another shot?
KTomoe They actually have plenty in common if you think about: -They originated from the platformer genre -They have pirate arch enemies -Gameplay involves both of them taking on a wide variety of "forms" -They wear curvy shoes -And most important of all: they love shaking their booties :)
I would love a Wario RPG/dungeon-crawler with the treasure-hunting/adventuring aspects and style of the action games with more of an emphasis on Wario's brute strength, with the combat making use of Ware-style Microgames for actions/abilities.
remember the day when Kirby wasn't the only Nintendo character that fights intimidating enemies, remember when Mario had a villain who isn't bowser, remember when they made wario games
ball kirby I got the Painter reward badge So I can't die by any Meme Ever, if they try to punch, kick, shoot, or slice me, that'll get reflected back at them
@@hekirb3382 Because Mario and Luigi take advantages from similar power-ups. Wario is a strong guy and gameplay of his games mostly if not all are based on his strength so Waluigi wouldn't fit at all in these games.
I miss the Wario Land games so much. Of all the outside Mario games, the Wario Land series are my absolute favorites; next to Donkey Kong Country series. And one of my favorite Nintendo franchise; next to Metroid. Warioware was fine. But I prefer the Wario Land series way more & I hope they bring them back at some point. Either give us Wario Land 5 or remaking all the classic Wario Land games treatment; similar to Crash N-Sane or Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
It comes as a damn shame that Gunpei Yokou passed away and R&D1 members were split. They were the masterminds behind the Wario land games. As well as Metroid and Kid Icarus. After Yokoi's passing and the members not in the same group, new R&D1 members never took the approach to mess with these IPs. Why else do you think Wario, Metroid and Kid Icarus are IPs barely touched upon and later games were developed by second party. Wario Land 3, Super Metroid and Kid Icarus on the gameboy were last first party games. Everything else was developed by Intelligent Systems, Retro studios, Sora games and so on.
However, Gunpei Yokoi was only involved in the first Wario Land and the Virtual Boy one. Wario Land 2, 3 and 4 were developed by the other incredibly talented people at R&D1. The split came later, after Wario Land 4's development, where as the new ones didn't really knew how to work on adventure games, decided to shift into the minigame formula of Wario Ware. But the (IMO) best Wario Land games were created after Yokoi sadly left, so there's still a lot of talent inside Nintendo capable of creating a new Wahsterpiece.
Waluigi needs a game. Something mischief making like planting and comboing traps around mushroom kingdom locations. Who has played the Deception game series for PS1? Something like that but on a bigger scale and stealth tactics like Metal Gear.
I loved how in Wario Land 3 the treasures you get ACTUALLY served a purpose. The world felt very dynamic on that game and you have to revisit other zones again after finding some treasure because some new path opened or even the whole stage changed (I remember burning down a forest with a torch treasure and revisiting it and it was like a whole new zone), that's why I consider it the best wario game. Really funny and innovative, never saw something similar in platform games at the time.
If it wasn't for the console itself, the game would be regarded very very highly. It's considered one of the best on the Virtual Boy, but underappreciated since it's nearly impossible to play on it.
Similarities that I see in the final bosses: WL1: King Hippo WB: Bomberman VBWL: Marx Soul + Haunter WL2: Risky Boots? WL3: The final boss of The Great Cave Offensive (Kirby SS) WL4: a Yokai WW: Dark Matter (Kirby) WMoD: Princess Peach + Dahlia Hawthorne WWTSD: Masked Dedede
I honestly think the Wario Land series is one of Nintendo's best series ever. Yes, I mean ever. It's that good. It's a shame it's largely forgotten by the masses.
I just love how Wario Land:Super Mario Land 3 was a great start for everyone ever since it was released back in 1994!!❤❤❤❤ Boss fights are amazing!!❤❤❤❤
Well none of the Wario games made a profit except for the very first one. In terms of profit the most successful one (except for the first) is Warioware which roughly brokered even.
@@MrMarinus18 oh yeah... with Wario Land 3, 4, Touched, and Smooth Moves individually ending up reaching about slightly less than half of what the first Wario Land did (which probably sold that much because it just had the Mario tag in it like the first Yoshi’s Island), that’s actually pretty sad because the review scores are decent to very great overall for Wario Land from back in the day and the Virtual Console rereleases, and the latest two WarioWare games didn’t have the best luck with the console and time they were released, Games & Wario releasing on Wii U, and WarioWare Gold releasing during the end cycle of the 3DS when people couldn’t care less about that console and all they wanted was Switch stuff... Well that’s from the data I found which I can’t say I trust much, but then again, many things point at the games either just selling “enough” to Nintendo’s standards, or being awful sales-wise...*sob
Wario land 4 was such a well rounded game. full of good level ideas. enough stuff to collect. still a bit challenging on the harder difficulties. i don't even remember if i finished it in super hard.
