He would probably be more suited for a support person, yes he could have a really good move set but his car is just about all that defines him. That’s the hard part
Okay okay yes, Cuphead exists (and is a right darling at that) but it's still really rare to find a game that's got that hand-drawn look, I mean we've got only one other example.
Waluigi wasn't made by miyamoto, and since he's the creator of Mario it's never happening. If it does, that's greats, but as far as this goes. I could care less if the lanky fucker even gets in any official canon game
Crash Schwarzenegger There are quite a few gems that went completely under the radar. I never hear anyone talk about Excitebots, but that's easily one of my favorite Wii games.
This game looks utterly gorgeous with its hand-drawn cartoony style. I really hope they bring Wario Land back some day, because damn these were fantastic.
Indeed, pizza tower from what I’ve seen was just as good if not better homage to the Wario games but the art was just a Chore to look at for me. A return to the classic style of Wario by Nintendo would be great.
Not really, video games have been doing hand-drawn graphics for decades, like Earthworm Jim. Cuphead is unique because they not only drew the graphics by hand, but they used the same animation methods from the era of film and theater cartoons.
That's because Nintendo released the game in the final year of the Wii :C It's like Ever Oasis for the 3DS, it's such a gem but since it was released close to the Switch, few people really played it :C
@@WALUIGIFAN-ui6uh If he was in it, I'd be drawn away from it for sure. Unless Waluigi ends up being an antagonist and we get to see Wario beat the living hell out of Waluigi for trying to take his earnings.
Shake King is such an underrated Nintendo villain, he's got an awesome design, like an evil Santa Claus mixed with a Japanese demon. I consider Shake King to be Wario's true adversary like Bowser is to Mario or Ganondorf to Link. Captain Syrup is cool don't get me wrong but I think she's more of a Catwoman then a Joker if you catch my drift, she's Wario's rival but not a diabolic supervillain by any means.
The Shake King is kinda Wario's evil counterpart if you pay attention to his design and some of his attacks. He's basically Wario if he never moved on from Mario Land 2 and was still a full on villain with no redeemable qualities or traits. Also I hate Captain Syrup, especially the dick move she pulls right after the credits. Thanks for shitting on a great game bitch! Wario went on the difficult quest! He deserved that coin sack not you! We didn't need a ''Shaggy Dog Story'' for this game people!
I would love to see Captain Syrup in Smash, I feel she's much more iconic and a great rival to Wario. And she'd be a great way to get some more Land representation in Smash.
I did but then I noticed I had to beat him again without taking any damage and... hem, excuse me?... I had no idea you could stop him during his attacks or ground pound him between phases though, it makes it much easier ^^
@@foiledagain1914 I rage quit so many times, those stupid orbs throwing me into the lightning creating a domino effect of damage. Then it's all the way back to the beginning. To this day, I never got round to sticking through the pain lol. Kinda regret it but ah well, one day we will have our legendary rematch Shake King, mark my words.
@@psychicjellyfish9466 Those gulps from Large Fry and Wario's "MINE" from his shake attack always make me laugh so hard! XD Just listen to it: 9:24-Large Fry: *RULP!* 9:25-Wario: *MINEMINEMINEMINEMINEMINEMINEMINEMINE!*
I've always loved this game, it's an anime Art Style, with a serious threat and storyline... And then a goofy protagonist like Wario. I wish to see another one someday, this was a platformer done right
After eventually learning the shake king's moving pattern, I somehow managed to complete all the missions there in one shot while only focusing on not taking any damage. IT WORKED!!!
You know if Wario had his Land moveset instead of Warioware in Smash bros Shake King would be the perfect echo fighter for him btw seeing this breaks my poor heart of wanting a Wario Land 6 on Switch. (Or either Shake King as a newcomer.)
This game was a fucking gem. This and Master of Disguise are the two games that made my childhood and are the reason Wario is one of my favorite Nintendo characters ever.
The art direction of this game was so ahead of its time. Nintendo should make another hand-drawn Wario land game, having wayforward be on the development team and studio trigger on the animation
videos like these really show how crap we were at games as kids, i remember playing this and thinking the bosses were hard af but the patterns are so easy to see lmao
all of the bosses in a nutshell: boss 1:the first boss of yooka laylee who turned into a statue boss 2:labo man with a cool motorbike outfit boss 3:rudy the clown ripoff thats get this:even better than the original boss 4:that yoshis island boss without shy guys boss 5:that oversized mario kart cheep cheep with a taste of flesh final boss:ness infused with rock cena who only knows pk thunder
Memories coming up right here... this is by far my favorite Wii game, right after boths SMGs. Definitely gotta plug in my Wii and play these games again.
