I think hidden gun should've be used itself as a counterable weapon, not with the sword like in Brotherhood and Revelations (basically no dual weapons). It's a missing opportunity to see new animation and counter kill mechanics.
@@mynamekanye240 I'm talking about the hidden pistol alone. Like Ezio could just use the hidden gun alone to counter without holding the sword. And yes, crossbow is a counterable weapon.
Yep the concept was good. But the problem with it is that you can't aim with those. If the aiming was manual you could have done lots of things to it with Ezio. Even with the crossbow
I prefer the hidden gun, it might be weak compare to other guns but it almost have no reload longer than 2 sec. You have to reload in AC3-AC4 and it only gives you 2-4 shots, while a Hidden Gun maintains it's speed and can shoot all your bullets. And it doesn't give any suspecting vibe within the public's eye, cause it just look like a bracer when you covered it at the right time. Plus it can give you an advantage on close combat without making your enemy getting scared of you pulling out your gun on your holster.
Because firearms are more developed in Syndicate's time. It had Derringers and revolvers (as well as an anachronistic autoloading mag fed pistol, which is the Mars), unlike last AC games which only had flintlocks.
@@charliethatcher1769 Actully, now unity is now unity is pretty stable and OK optimized. Іt can be fun. Especially compared to the degraded sindycate and new assassin's creed games
in Black Flag it seemed like you played more of it then any of the others because you had the best pistols in the game and you had the Templar outfit and I don't blame you cause it's the best game in the franchise Edit: you played a lot of Rogue too huh
And instead of reloading you just kill the rest of the enemies with other weapons? Did you forget about dodging? Should’ve dodged whole time until you were able to reload your pistols man. Waste of potential here
