@@Rolandu267 Yea, maybe they removed it from the game like so many things in the original game. but even the fact that they did it in beta testing suggests how comprehensively this game is open to development with a physics engine formed in the 3D universe. which means it was an invaluable physical mechanic for those years. If you look at the GTA 4, it is a game that is at the peak of realism, wasted on just testing the RAGE engine. but even though it was a wasted game to show the power of the RAGE engine, they loaded the game so heavily that even the extensive size of a shader is enough to make the optimization heavy. Also, since Rockstar Games, were released on consoles first, they couldn't adapt GTA 4 well for PC as optimization.

Most of the time they know there's cases where they don't though, but varys on speed and surroundings I prefer gta 4, I bearly played gta 5 since the story never interested me.

GTA V Uses newer version of euphoria. All of tha happens in GTA V. In my opinion GTA IVs physics were overexagaterated and gta V swung back a bit too much. GTA IV has too much physics, and GTA V has too little.

@@kingmuncy Disagreed, GTA IV was a Masterpiece. Don't know what made you despise GTA IV so much, but it had a lot of things that it did improve from the previous GTA's and might as well have done a lot of things better than GTA V. It still had it flaws, but it makes up for it with all the bigger upgrades it offered.

@@Handsome_Squidward69420 In my honest opinion, GTA IV's physics were Perfectly Balanced because it encourages you to slow down and be careful with your vehicle as to not crash it for driving too fast and end up losing control over the handling. Although I should end it there, I wanna keep going. I observed that the people who said that the physics in GTA IV were overexaggerated and unrealistic are those who've never actually seen how cars in real life also have exaggerated physics when driving too fast and can't easily turn as it starts sliding along the road. It simply depends on whether people can handle the physics or not. People may lose control over the handling if they drive too fast more than they should making it difficult to turn their vehicles as there is more force going forward due to speed more than going in any other directions. For me, I can deal with the handling no matter how difficult it is and the physics aren't a problem for me because I actually try to slow down as the game forces me to just so I can make a smooth turn without damaging my car to balance my speed when going to any direction, and thus I also have the patience and skills when driving in the game. When you think about it, that's how people drive cars in real life. That's why you aren't seeing nor experiencing as many car crashes in real life because people are actually skilled and experienced in driving compared when you're driving in GTA IV where you always have the freedom to drive fast and often end up having you car upside down because of our own dumb decisions. I don't know about GTA V, but I can just say it downgraded GTA IV's physics and thus almost all of the cars there feels like a Race Car. Always too fast, and always easy to turn, that you don't even need skill to be good at it, and that may not be a bad thing, but it's kind of why driving in GTA V feels less challenging, and thus making it less fun tbh. And that's why making a simple smooth turn in GTA IV feels satisfying knowing even as something simple as that, you can mess it up if you aren't too careful because of the physics that demands you to slow down every once in a while. -🤓
