I used to spend hours as a kid hunting for the ghosts, Easter eggs and rumours in GTA 3, VC and SA. There was no RU-vid or social media to easily confirm. Just word of mouth from friends. Good times.

Leatherface was a mod, haunted car is very rare and hard to find. It spawns at such a specific time and will only spawn in the 3 seconds it allows you to find it, so likelihood was low (you had to sit and camp at the spot for 20-30 minutes). Bigfoot was a mod as well and Pigsy too.
