Danny Pinheiro Rodrigues (born April 6, 1985) is a French male artistic gymnast and a member of the national team. He was selected to compete for the French gymnastics squad in two editions of the Summer Olympic Games (2008 in Beijing and 2016 in Rio de Janeiro).
At his second Olympic appearance in Rio de Janeiro, Pinheiro originally finished the rings apparatus in tenth position from the qualifying phase, but moved into the final after his teammate Samir Aït Saïd suffered a left leg injury and Dutch gymnast Yuri van Gelder was expelled from the competition for breaching team rules, including alcohol consumption.

For those of you wanting to know how hard this is, stand in a doorway, put your feet in front of you and your hands on each side then try and lean back as far as you can. And these dudes do that horizontal on unstable rings. Insane strength!

@smaillemcharki9984
@smaillemcharki9984 2 года назад
To begin you must aquire a pretty strong false grip as good on each kind of bars as for rings as for Iron, maltese and any kind of cross. After you must understand that the Victorian Cross or inverted swallow is the "Cross version" of the front lever that everyone knows. Thus you must be able to execute a clean, long and perfect ring front lever with False grip. Only to begin. After the relationship is mandatory to strengthen specific muscle groups active during the element especially adds, glutes, shoulders, triceps, biceps, lower back, scapula and forearms by bodybuilding such as triceps bodybuilding (concentric, exentric and isometric), dragon flag series, and to finish : dragon press and shoulders assisted dragon press both cause the dragon press works on your arms too but to have control and clean form the shoulders' assistance stills required. However look for : Courtney Tulloch, Danny Rodrigez and Carmona. Those are victorian experts
