I thing it would be awesome if you made video on fluxmotion at2. There is only one video on that board on RU-vid and the board is absolut beast. 8 inch wheels and over 55 km range with 110 kg rider.
I upgraded from my bamboo GT to hadean carbon. I liked the flex but the stiffer deck is awesome for maintaining higher speed, the only issue I have is the added weight of the battery/motors etc. the first time I picked it up I almost threw my back out 😉 I’m somewhat used to it now but I’m always reminding myself the added weight I didn’t have before. But once I get that corsa acceleration in I forget about my troubles. I’m not for riding at high speeds just cause of how dangerous it is, I’m more of the quickness I get to speed. It’s like my own roller coaster ride on footpaths or the street. The overall appearance of the carbon is beautiful with that forged carbon in the sun, I’m not a huge fan of the color of it, it looks dirty, it would be cool to see colored carbon specks like a blue/red. I’m sure evolve will look into doing it
i ride a Bamboo GT and have considered the upgrade to Hadeon (now the batteries are a bit tired after 4yr of riding!) i'd like to ask how much the stiffness of the CarbonHadeon affects the 'carving-feel' that I love so much in the Bamboo GT...
I love when eskate reviews get interuppted by animals/people, shows its a genuine review and not a complete script, also brings a little laugh to the serious video
Good detailed review video -nice one lads . Bamboo also wins for me coming from the GRT series. This next Gen Hadean series looks like a Dream board in terms of ride feel, range and torque. On trails with the BGTR I missed the drop down to plant my front / back foot to feel locked in when I was at full tilt. Re carrying agreed it looks trickier on the Bamboo - I've found a airport style trolley roll on the underside of the fronts is easy and a good look .. As a channel which attracts riders who are new to the sport do you not think you should advocate wearing a lid ? Might not be your vibe but people copy whats on the screen and we all know and have seen some tragic eskate stories. Fair? That's why at any Skate Electric eskate school session we have a No Lid -No Ride policy - Later Nik :)
No (double) kick(s), not a skateboard. [Good looking wheels. But that's a hipster death log; both of em.] Gonna subscribe anyway, love to learn. But 2002 fashion statements... are not skateboards.
Had a Carbon GTR coming from a boosted mini X...sold the mini x as it was an unstable death trap :D... loved the GTR but it was just lacking in the top speed department ! ...changed to a 42T on 7" ATs and that was an improvement, but not enough I'm only 52kgs but it still was too slow at around 24mph ! would love a Haden but at £2100 is way too much for myself personally.
It's a loooot of money but worth it. You can skip on a bicycle and for many uses a car. I got a carbon hadean and am considering a bamboo hadean.... keep in mind I'm not rich at all :P
Great review. I'm glad I purchased the bamboo board. Just waiting for it to arrive from China via Germany. Hopefully it will arrive sometime in June????
I’m too heavy for the bamboo and love carbon fiber anyway so it was a no brainer for me. Did like the flex though but I’m gonna break the bamboo it’s not made for 280 having a good time on it
That 3,000 dollars geez that’s a car down payment rent for 2 months mortgage but Im saving up for a carbon when I get it some time October or February of 2023 I’m going to so enjoy it I’m working out so I drop to 210 I was 275 I’m 240 . Dropping because the max weight is 265 I believe I want to be way under that for a better range and battery distance also for my health lol
does the bamboo also eat up those strong vibrations when riding street wheels over not perfectly smooth roads? atm i am riding a diy bamboo (but very stiff downhill deck by rayne) and any road that isn't super smooth kills my experience.
Holy you weren't kidding when you said plugging the carbon was a very difficult the first time got easier each time I did but still a pain in the butt!!
I just found your channel as I'm about to buy a Hadean as my second board. I currently daily a Maxfind FF AT which has been bombproof, fast and has done over 5000 fast, carving kilometres a year without any major problems, despite what the internet might tell you, their support is pretty patchy though. I've struggled to find a source of unbiased information about electric skateboards, and I'm relieved to stumble across your videos. Excellent productions values, superbly presented and good to see someone who can really ride an electric board providing an opinion. I also like that you leave in errors and scenes like the dog interrupting you, it makes it more real. I live in Spain and the price of the Hadean Carbon is 946 euros more here than in the UK, even taking into account the exchange rate. So, I'm speaking to evolve at the moment to understand why this price discrepancy exists and how we might be able to overcome, so I can transition into the evolve ecosystem. As you pointed out in other videos, the availability of support and parts, build quality and software compensate for the higher prices of evolve boards in my opinion. I look forward to more awesome videos.
What do you recommend for people who only want to have a board for commuting? I'm not a skateboarder but I do want a convenient electric vehicle (that isn't a scooter). I weight 230lbs so I guess the carbon?
bla bla blah, every other board out there is using a cheap 20 dollar chinese remote. Boards might be a tiny bit better but nowhere near as good service all around the world then Evolve has.
I´ve had the GTR for 2 years, tested the Hadean out few weeks ago. Always ridden street wheels. The acceleration is nuts on Hadean.. you have to brace yourself forward and it just keeps going lol.. its funny cause I felt the GTR was insane acceleration.. this one is even crazier.. much much crazier fun. And then there is the massssive battery. Only thing I dont like is that ive snapped 2 GTR bamboo decks.. I feel the bamboo is great but my god Im fed up of finding replacement decks and paying for them. In short, im gonna get the carbon it seems.
Iv grown Bored of my Bamboo GTRs power and speed and looking to upgrade. I was at first thinking of the Hadean but for the price vs the gains I wasn't too impressed. I believe im going to try either the Propel Endeavor2 or just suck it up and fork out the money for a Lacroix. Id absolutely love to see you review the propel line up! Glad you are back!
I've upgraded to a Propel Endeavor Pro from a boring evolve. I love the power, the range and the comfort from the suspension! It is heavy but you don't feel that when you ride it. Get the right bushings for your weight and it will carve and turn just fine. It won't be exactly like a dpk, but it's not far off. Also the thing is so stable too! Plus it look aggressive AF. Oh yeah, imagine owning a board where you don't have to charge it after every ride...
the propel is a completely different board. big, clunky, and heavy.. (not a bad thing, just very different) more made for off road. of course rhe gtr is ur not happy with anymore. it was made in 2017 and released in 2019. VERY outdated. idk why ppl still take jabs at it as if it should be compared to boards now: the hadean is a absolute BEAST. no board has a 12s setup 2 in 1 WITH a flex deck.. none.. also, no other company has this power, range and speed WITH this remote durability, the remote features, imbedded 25 programmable lights, and on board cell diagnostics.. so the bamboo being 2150, no brainer. not even close to being over priced.. even the customer service alone is worth a little more $. even having 25 usa retailers/shops with in stock parts and accessories available in the usa is worth the extra $..
I own GTR and Hadean both in bamboo version + Lacroix Lonestar Supersport and I cannot say I've ever grown out of my GTR on Abec 107s. Still loving going back to this light and nimble street carver :)
I should have waited this year. I bought my hadean BAMBOO 2n1 [2022] for (2,399) now it is 1,849. I could have bought the CARBON 2n1 this year for [2,149] and still SAVE money. Also. Hadean battery shut off around 30%
