What would really make troodon a night terror is if venom made night vision worse. It would get worse and worse until they couldn’t see the troodons until they’re latched on, which is pretty terrifying

I hope they give Troodon a bit more of a buff for the official release. Even 6-8 Troodons seem to struggle to take down a single mid-tier. They're such a cool dino in concept that I really want them to be competent enough that people continue to play it after release. Love these quick guides, Kouga!

The community definitely needed a clear guide on how to use Troodon. As a non beginner dino with special mechanics that require team play and organization it's one of the last dinos folks are gonna master

Wish the stack would just gain a +1 when others pounce. But it would be cool to cordinate and then in mass jump the prey very scary

Hope they drop the update fast and than continuous updates that really push EVRIMA/ Gateway to the next and final stages.

The way the devs only allowed 1 troodon to get a dinosaur to venom stage 3 makes it almost completely useless to play in a group without VC. I bet i will be more effective as a single Troodon than most uncoordinated Troodon packs

This helpful guide and others like it will be out there all over the place. And how many randoms will still join Troodon gangs and just spam pounce venom without a clue?

I know the hallucinating is dilos thing but it would be nice if there was a visual indicator for the victim when they were being hurt by venom. Like blurred edges or veins on the side of the screen. Or a heart beat like when you’re under water but instead of slow it’s rapid. The shaking is a neat affect but not really obvious to the player

Am i understand correct? For exampe, we have got an 8 troodons in group and not to ruin the hunt, in process of hunting only one troodon pounsing the prey, when other 7 troodons littrely should do nothing and just watching for the other guy gameplay until he finally end up 3d stage of venom on target

Wait, so if a second troodon pounces a target before the 3rd stage of venom it will reset the stage, or is that only if the second troodon doesn't wait for the cue? This wasn't quite clear to me.

does it matter how long you bounce the target for? for example if i just want to get bleed out, or do i need to jump off right away? and what about stage 3, can like 4 troodons just pounce one target and stay on?

Troodon is in a very good spot

does venom work on boars? I'm new to the game and I coudlnt kill the boar as an adult troodon even :( I did pounce it a few times but it did not seem to get weaker and its turnradius is like a tank i could not outflank it again

So if i understood the venom mechanic correct it works like this. We have 3 troodons and for simplisitys sake lets name them Alvin, Simon and Theodore. Sinc only one can stack the venom untill it reaches the 3rd stage that means only Simon can pounce the first 3 times, but after the 3rd pounce and the loud call both Alvin and Theodore are allowed to pounce the target aswell. Did i understand it correctly?

So does the venom only amplify damage or does it also do chip damage like bleed? also, how good is troodon bleed, and how much damage does a pounce do at each stage of venom? Does venom also amplify bleed damage? Also, how much damage does the normal bite do?

Troodon seems to use magic instead of venom, and the wrong steps will interfere with the singing of magic.
