Well-preserved or not, this place is gorgeous! The fact that it's free and has 24/7 access is a huge bonus. It feels so mysterious, we could spend hours there, just wandering and wondering!

It didn’t used to be free. I grew up very close to the castle. There used to be a guard with an alsation dog on the Ewloe entrance who charged a fee. We lived on the Wepre side and used to sneak through the woods to the castle. If he saw us it was like a WW2 break out scene with him chasing us back through the woods. it’s also a very haunted place. I’m happy to share some stories if anyone is interested.

Love the old castle ruins. Enjoyed the walk on the walls with awesome some views of the structure. Lots of good information👍😊✌️.Its amazing how they built everything by hand years ago. Good day my friend.

Wow! What an interesting tour! Thanks for showing us around! We love adventures like this where we get a walking tour without having to do the walking. The view from the top is soo cool. You can see the treetops. Drone shot is so cool! I literally felt like we were going to run into the castle! HAHA. Love the birds eye view! Keep up the amazing work!

Very nice place and great background music👍 . A running squirrel can be seen in the 1:00 minute section. My favorite🧡 passages are 2:53 and 5:40, and not just these! Keep it up!✌ you have my full support 😁

Hello! From France... First of all, sorry for my english! I went in North Wales in 2009 with a bike to discover castles. At this moment; I diden't know Ewloe castle. I discover this place when I came back in France, with a reconstruction made by DEXTRA VISUAL, on RU-vid... A vision of a small castle, with a human dimension. In fact, the castle that i prefer between a thousand others. Thank you very much for this video, keep on having good time in thoses magnificents places!

A great place! I was here a couple of years ago and information about the castle was very sparse apart from the small plaque which didn’t tell you much. Thanks for the information 👌 the quarry red rocks in the park are also really interesting.

That's what we thought when we went there, the information is definitely lacking, but it made it more interesting for me, doing the research and finding out little bit of infor to share.
