If you've ever tried to apply conditional formatting to a text box in Excel, you'll know that it can't be done - the Conditional Formatting button on The Ribbon is greyed out. In this video I show you a workaround!

Hell and thanks for a very informative video. Question: Is there a way to use a formula to insert the text box image from A12? If there is, will it make the text box dynamic?

I tried this on some of my previous sheets, but eventually Excel starts copying one image over the other image after many users have accessed it and saved the file. Eventually the image becomes blurry. It took me a while to see what was going on, then I had to start deleting all the layers and layers of images until I had only one layer of every image. Any idea of what could cause Excel to add the same image on top of each other over time?
