@@trevorwilson1301 we just felt as if every aspect of the trip was worse than EPM. The food quality was noticeably and significantly less superior. Dont get me wrong it wasn’t awful by any means, we did have great meals, but we figured to be at least the same as another property location. However, a couple of times we got room service and we experienced raw food ( chicken wings/ burgers ) Another aspect were the rooms. The AC didn’t work very well, walls/ furniture were stained and we were forced to move to a room and we were promised an upgrade for the inconvenience. We went from an ocean view, to a completely obstructed view with a completely broken AC, and broken Fridge. We called to fix, and nothing happened. Another thing was the lack of alcohol selections. It seemed as if only the martini bar had a full alcohol selection and could make any drink you wanted. Another small issue ( minor but just giving you our experience ) when we were leaving, we were picked up in a car with no air conditioning and it was about 100 degrees outside and the driver did not have any water for us. Finally, coming down to the staffing. Don’t get me wrong, they were all nice, but again, severely lacked the professionalism to EPM. At EPM we had waiters who got to know us personally, know our names, talk about their families, say hi to us if we saw them outside, and even hugged us when we were leaving and they genuinely seemed upset. We didn’t really feel that big warm welcome at EPC. Maybe we went on an off week where everyone was going through something. However for us, we fully agreed to never return to EPC, and I will only recommend EPM moving forward. I hope this helps clear any questions but please let me know if you have anymore.

I loved EEC and am returning in April, have also been to EPC. Loved them both. Had no issues with either - only enjoyment.

They have gone through and redone the beach since we were there. From what l've seen in pictures, it looks much better now.

I don't believe that they do.
